Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX - purchase made via Paypal XXXX - dispute initiated, goods not received XX/XX/XXXX - was told case wld be closed if seller didnt respond by XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - seller has not replied XX/XX/XXXX - seller replied, dispute closed in favor of seller. ***what the seller sent was a portion of what was ordered and the items were not as described in their ads!! *** XX/XX/XXXX - claim escalated, items not as described and order was NOT complete XXXX - seller offers full refund if I return items and provide shipping info by XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - items returned, tracking number provided XXXX - Paypal denies claim, saying information was not provided. Please not there are DOZENS of complaints on XXXX forum about this seller who is obviously fraudulent. However the name the company advertises under is a XXXX name, not the name the bill shows up as. So there is no way to research the company before making a purchase. Paypal is willing doing business with this fraudulent company. It is a giant scam and Paypal let consumers be taken advantage of ; they dont care as long as they get their fees.

Consumer Complaint: I have had my account restricted for going on a year now. Months ago I gave up until recently when I needed to send money for an Emergency. With that I loaded XXXX using my PayPal Debit card to my account only to find out My account is still limited so I basically am not allowed to do anything with the money I just loaded into my account. I have no less than 4 times sent PayPal the documents and identification requested by them to verify I am who I am which is the so said reason my account was restricted. It just sits there in the resolution center most of the documents say approved but the CC and 1 other document I sent just sits there saying submitted pending review That has been that way for over a year. Of course you can not call them and forget sending them a message I never have received a response the countless times I have tried contacting them

Consumer Complaint: Date of Purchase : XX/XX/2020 I was trying to purchase a XXXX online from a site I thought was a legit XXXX site, I learned afterwards it was not legit- the site was XXXX. When I went to purchase, I did not want to use PayPal tried to use another payment method but the site did not allow me to back out and it took my payment via PayPal. I logged into my PayPal account and knew immediately it was a scam. It went to a seller named XXXX XXXX attached to a XXXX account. I contacted PayPal to cancel the transaction immediately and they could not cancel it because of some unspecified reason. I went to my bank and informed them of the fraud. I have screen shots of the fake XXXX site ( which does not exist anymore since the seller keeps swapping out the sites ). On XX/XX/XXXX PayPal sent me a message stating the seller shipped the item on XXXX, had a fake UPS tracking number and a message that the package was 'released by driver ' ( I never authorized any package to be delivered without a signature ). PayPal insists that I get an 'intranet form ' from XXXX XXXX XXXX is saying they can not track such a thing- and to complicate it further the package was sent via XXXX XXXX which states I can not put a tracking claim on this package. PayPal is participating in the fraud, by not honoring their purchase protection for consumers. They are protecting the seller and profiting off the scam since they take a cut of all transactions. Claim is the package was shipped on XX/XX/XXXX and was delivered to my town on XX/XX/XXXX to an unknown destination. I have attached screen scans of the XXXX ad ( which I now know is not legit ) and the info of the whois attached to the XXXX site which is not up and running, it's attached to a web designer site.

The item was never delivered to home. Contacted Paypal numerous times VIA internet they leave you on hold long periods of time and have poor customer service to assist customers using Covid 19 as a flaw not to respond or refund customers money. This is just unacceptable. i have invested a lot of money in inventory and advertising etc.I have worked hard for my money and it's disgusting what they are doing. They like to prey on smaller businesses who they feel don't have the means to fight back. That's complete robbery being performed under another name i was selling shovel.and all my orders were shipped and delivered through USPS.. they don't reply to my emails their phone lines are closed.
