Consumer Complaint: In early XX/XX/2020, I disputed all 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) on my bankruptcy under public information.I disputed because the 10 years of Bankruptcy is over and I wanted it removed from my credit reports.After Dispute investigation, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX was deleted.Since then I have applied for credit and was denied. I discovered XXXX HAS NOT removed the Bankruptcy from my credit report.I have tried to get it removed but was unsuccessful.I do know XXXX and XXXX has removed it from my credit report ( s ) but cant understand why XXXX will not remove Bankruptcy from my XXXX report.Because they wont remove Bankruptcy after 10 years, It continues to be damaging to my credit and score.Also, how can XXXX say in there Investigation results Dated XX/XX/2020, that disputed item is not currently reporting on the XXXX credit file and turn around and say on XX/XX/2020, A discharged Chapter XXXX bankruptcy remains on the credit file for 10 years from the date filed.Also, when I called them they did say over the phone the credit item/tradeline has been deleted.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I applied for a mortgage loan. Through that process I was informed that a tax lien was listed on my credit report through LexisNexis. The tax lien was not in my name. The representative at LexisNexis even told me it was in another persons name. They told me I had to file a dispute and that I could do it over the phone which I did. I was told it would take 60 days to have this matter resolved. I explained that this error was impacting the mortgage rate I qualified for and needed it resolved sooner. They told me there was no way they could resolve it sooner - even though they could see that the tax lien was not in my name and I had already called the City Clerks office and the IRS and had them confirm that there was no tax lien in my name in their records. LexisNexis said they would expedite my dispute. I heard nothing from them so on XX/XX/XXXX I called LexisNexis again. The representative told me that nothing had been done with my dispute but that she would escalate the RE-filed dispute and it would be taken care of as soon as possible. She apologized and told me Id be hearing from them soon. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a resolution letter from LexisNexis stating my dispute was verified and the tax lien would be removed from my credit report. I have been receiving telemarketing calls from debt-consolidation companies for people who owe the IRS - telling me my name may still have this lien attached to it. Sure enough, I called LexisNexis today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and found out the lien has not been removed from my credit report. The representative apologized and said she would escalate this to get it resolved. She could not give me an answer as to when it would be taken off and also would not let me speak with anyone above her in the LexisNexis organization. This has cost me in time and money as I have no idea how long this has been on my credit report and I have not gotten lower interest rat on short or long-term loans due to this problem.

I received a letter dated XX/XX/2019 with a link and a PIN code and instructed to use these in order to obtain my report. The PIN code never worked so I contacted LexisNexis via telephone. The representative who answered my call said they would email me a new PIN code. The email never came. I called again and was told the same thing again and the PIN code never came again. I checked ALL folders of my email. I still want a COMPLETE and TOTAL consumer report of any information LexisNexis has on me but I want it printed out and mailed to me at my address as indicated in this complaint. No more PIN codes that do not work.
