Consumer Complaint: I have been requesting validation and verification from Lexis Nexis in regards to Bankruptcy # XXXX that is being reported to all three major credit bureaus such as XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as other agencies. I have been trying to obtain this information from Lexis Nexis for several years now and they keep coming back telling me the information has been verified but they are refusing to inform me of the sources they used to verify such information. On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested that Lexis Nexis send me copies of the documents that they have on file that was used to verify the accuracy of said bankruptcy # XXXX. They responded by sending me a copy of " lexis Nexis credit report '' saying verified. I spoke with someone in XXXX of XXXX and I was advised that the bankruptcy was verified through the bankruptcy court. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to the XXXX system to find out their procedures of validating bankruptcies to credit bureaus and was advised they don't do that. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from the US bankruptcy court stating they do not report any information to the credit reporting agencies. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to Lexis Nexis yet again in writing concerned about the validity and accuracy of their reporting such information on my credit report. Lexis Nexis responds in writing telling me they submitted my dispute to the XXXX credit bureaus. That is not what I requested from them. Lexis Nexis is in violation of section 609 and 611 due to not conducting a proper investigation and not correcting inaccurate information. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Lexis Nexis to check on the status of my request and I was told my request was submitted incorrectly and I would be hearing back from them soon. Later that day, XXXX to be exact, Supervisor XXXX Id # XXXX called me and told me that this bankruptcy was verified by the court. She could not provide me any other information. I explained to her that this company is violating the law and because of this they have no right to report such information on me. I also advised if they couldn't provide me with the requested information then they need to remove this reporting within XXXX hours. XXXX was supposed to follow up with me on XX/XX/XXXX, and I have not heard back from her. Lexis Nexis has proven their inability to furnish legal verification but yet still continues to tarnish my character. I demand that they removed this negatived listing from ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES IMMEDIATELY!

Consumer Complaint: This letter is regarding the Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy remark filed in XXXX, Ga on my XXXX report. The following date is when this remark was disputed via CFPB : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX- via CFPB, XXXX Ive reached out via certified mail, through your dispute portal via web and through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau . Ive requested for information to validate your findings with LexisNexis or the secondary agency you receive your public records from. Youve ignored my requests even with proof attached that their verified consumer report states there is no active nor dismissed case. I have spoken with LexisNexis via phone as well as paper trail getting the same response from the company. The XXXX Court listed informed me that they do not work with credit reporting agencies like XXXX, therefore, they could not confirm nor deny any information. XXXX continues to report unverified information about a Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy without proof of your findings. A general statement was responded back to me via CFPB XX/XX/2019 and mail, stating the vendor has claimed the information as accurate. Theres no proof XXXX verified this information via paper trail besides sending a vague updated resolution letter that states the information is verified. Ive provided documents by LexisNexis that contradicts your findings. This is my final attempt at reaching out via CFPBs website and paper trail before having no other choice but to take legal actions. Under the FCRA, all information being reported must be verified, not falsely reported. Please AGAIN, submit proof of your findings with LexisNexis via mail and by uploading through CFPB site for my records. If you cant verify the information as accurate as well as provide documentation, please remove the remark from my credit report. Consumer Complaint: Hello, my insurance company ( XXXX XXXX ) sent me a letter for non-renewal of my car insurance policy, because of 2 " accidents '' happened in XX/XX/XXXX. I am asking for those accidents to be taken away from my profile, because : the first accident happened on XX/XX/XXXX, was in fact not an accident but I just hit some rocks/debris on XXXX, which cracked my front windshield, and thinking that insurance would cover that I filed a claim. the second accident did involve another vehicle. I disputed this event in court in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and the prosecutor canceled all the charges agaist me, saying I was totally right and had no resposibility in the accident at all. I kindly ask your help to get my driving history profile edited/cleaned accordingly, because I am incurring in huge expenses that were not really caused by me. Consumer Complaint: like a year ago i asked and disputed my credit report / property damage report that Lexis Nexis supplies to insurance companies. they have information that goes back over 20 yrs i asked them to remove the NON chargeable accidents that are listed on their reports since Per NYS law i shouldn't be held accountable for a hit and run, and i was denied insurance due to this being on their report. As well as the numerous address and phone numbers that are over 7 yrs old. they stated they keep it on there but insurance companies only look in the past 3yrs. I told them i don't care its out dated in accurate and i want it removed i never got an updated report. so i requested a new report this year and again ALL this information is very old and out dated and the NON chargeable accidents are still listed. the report they sent me of my addresses are going back to when i was a teenager and phone numbers that i dont even recall. these things are not necessary and need to be removed from their records. I also want any and all property damages ( auto, homes etc ) that i might be reported on my CLUE report removed as well anything that is over 7yrs past the statue and needs to be removed. this information is shared to insurance companies and is affecting my rates. I feel that Lexis Nexis is acting like a credit reporting agency but is not listed as a major one like XXXX and they should be since this affect millions of people who are looking for auto/home policies because this is the insurance companies many source of information. An i find more and more people are unaware that Lexis Nexis is providing this information to them.
