Consumer Complaint: I have repeatly disputed the validity of a bankruptcy that is showing on my credit file. I have made several attempts to work this issue out with the credit bureaus and each time they are telling me that this bankruptcy belongs to me. I have been a victim of id theft my information is showing on the dark web. I have been working so hard to have inaccurate information removed and the credit bureaus are giving me a hard time. I have not filled bankruptcy and this should not be reported on my credit profile. I would like this removed STAT so I can move on with my life. Secondly if this bankruptcy belongs to me per cdia a minimum of consumer personal identifiying information such as ( name address ss ) has to show on the document and it does not so I am asking again that this item be removed from my profile. I have attached a copy of my ftc report the company requested my id so I have it attached

Consumer Complaint: Requested my CLUE report in XX/XX/2020 as I am entitled to see it once yearly. I was sent a letter in the mail with a web address and pin number to access that report. Upon trying to access the report on XX/XX/2020, I was denied entry to view the report even though the pin was not expired. I then called the help phone number provided and was placed in an automated system that did not work. I attempted to obtain a live agent but was not able to reach one. Due to this, I am not being provided my CLUE report.

Consumer Complaint: I was disputing a Bankruptcy on my credit report that XXXX verified as accurate. Confused by this i sent them a letter on XX/XX/2020 through certified mail with the tracking numbers XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX asking for their method of verification. On XX/XX/2020 i received a letter from them XXXX stating they were able verify that bankruptcy from my credit report by verifying it with a third party called LexisNexis. So on XX/XX/2020 i sent LexisNexis letter on XX/XX/2020 through certified mail with the tracking numbers XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX asking for their method of verification. As of today XX/XX/2020 i have not gotten a response from them.

The law is clear under the FCRA. The credit reporting agency has the responsibility to report 100 % accurate, complete, and verifiable information on my report. Consumer Complaint: I attempted to freeze my LexisNexis consumer disclosure report, yet despite several attempts both by mail and by phone, the company has yet to comply. So, I am requesting a security freeze be place on my Consumer Disclosure report. I opt out of LexisNexis disclosing future information until further notice, which includes the C.L.U.E report and other reports furnished by LexisNexis regarding all personal information of mine. This includes information currently shared with XXXX and other third-party reporting companies. This security freeze request not only restricts credit bureaus and creditors, but also future potential employers until I lift this restriction. Under the Fair Credit Report Act youre required to comply. My identification is attached to perfect this request. I am also opting out of any and all sharing of my personal information.

Consumer Complaint: We have incorrect information being reported to the insurance companies by LexisNexis. This has caused a denial of coverage and an increase of over 300 $ per month in our current insurance premiums. It was reported that my husband was at fault for an auto accident that took place in XXXX of XXXX. This information is INCORRECT!! My husband was rear ended by a company vehicle. The other driver was at fault. The report also lists that he was involved in 2 at fault accidents on the SAME day, in XX/XX/XXXX, this is incorrect! He shut the garage door on the trunk of the car and we filed a claim to fix the dent. There was no accident, it was a comprehensive claim only for damage caused by the garage door. I included a copy of the insurance denials and the reason, and also a copy of the claim paperwork from the insurance company that shows the at fault party being the other driver.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I wrote to LexisNexis Consumer Center and requested a security freeze be place on my Consumer Disclosure report. I also requested to opt out of LexisNexis disclosing future information until further notice including the C.L.U.E report and other reports furnished LexisNexis regarding all personal information of mine to credit bureaus and creditors, but also future potential employers until I lift this restriction. Finally, I requested LexisNexis to send me a FREE copy of the information you are reporting about me as of the date you receive this request. In my request, I provided my Driver 's License Number and Social Security Number as well as my Name, full date of Birth and Address, and also enclosed a copy of my State issued Driver 's license and Social Security Card. This request was mailed via certified mail. On XX/XX/2019. LexisNexis wrote back indicating that they were unable to process my request as they were unable to " authenticate me '' with the information I provided.
