Consumer Complaint: I contacted IC Systems on XX/XX/2018 in regards to a debt they are reporting on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was connected with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( ID # XXXX ). I explained to XXXX XXXX that I had previously contacted the XXXX regarding this debt as it did not belong to me ( it belonged to my ex-son-in-law ). As a result of my XXXX complaint, XXXX agreed to remove the account from my name and delete the credit notation. XXXX XXXX indicated that he would mark the account as " disputed. '' I then asked what the process would be from there, and XXXX XXXX replied that IC Systems would take no action until they heard from XXXX. I informed him that it was IC Systems that was reporting information to the credit bureau, not XXXX, and that they are responsible for the information they report. As such, I urged that they contact XXXX to verify the validity of the debt they were reporting. His response was that it was not their responsibility to contact XXXX, but rather that it was my responsibility because it was my debt. I told him if they did not research the debt I would contact the XXXX. At that point, he provided his name and ID # and the call ended, with IC Systems continuing to refuse to research the debt they are reporting. I did follow up with a XXXX complaint which is currently pending.

Consumer Complaint: On my XXXX report there is a collection of {$450.00} by I C System for XXXX. It says it it was opened XX/XX/2017. I just moved to an apartment in XX/XX/2017 and had cable from a cable company. I did try the seven day free trial of XXXX through the internet and it didn't work so I cancelled the same day. There's no way I can owe money on a free trial that was cancelled before the free trial expired. I did a dispute through XXXX XXXX but wasn't able to give much information, mostly just choose from topics. This was put on my credit report without any notice from I C System, which should be illegal. I haven't received anything from them. I hadn't heard of this company before.

Consumer Complaint: I went on-line to check my credit score. The XXXX XXXX report showed that I had a delinquent report. Further investigation on my part showed that a company called XXXX XXXX reported me to the credit agency for non-payment of a cable service account in XXXX. ( I live in XXXXXXXX, and never lived in XXXX ). I never ordered cable service in XXXX. I never received any communication from XXXXXXXX XXXX : no e-mail messages, no phone calls and no written correspondence. XXXX XXXX forwarded this account to collections with IC Systems Collections, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I tried calling them and could not get any information about this issue. I have never received any letters, phone calls or e-mail messages from this collection agency. I tried calling XXXX XXXX, and they refused to talk to me, but interestingly DID say that they couldn't find an account with my name or address. I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX, and was finally notified that XXXX XXXX verified that their original report was accurate. I then called XXXX XXXX, again, and filled out an " identity theft packet. '' This was sent back to XXXX XXXX at the beginning of XXXX. I have not heard anything at all from XXXX since that time. This delinquent account is not mine, and I never authorized anyone to open an account in my name

Consumer Complaint: IC System is reporting 1 debt as 4 separate accounts although it's 1 account from 1 physician for 1 patient. I contacted the company on XX/XX/2018 and was told instead of reporting the 1 account as a whole they broke up the charges into service dates and reported each date separately. I have a letter from IC System dated XX/XX/2018 which lists 1 total balance of {$1100.00} NO individual charges or service dates listed. On XX/XX/2018 IC Systems reported 4 separate accounts for {$500.00}, {$310.00}, {$210.00}, {$90.00}. This is deceptive and was done purposely to have the biggest negative impact on my credit score. There is 1 account and only 1 amount.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed this debt numerous times. I sent I.C. System a validation letter and never received any of the information I asked for in the letter to validate the debt. Also, while the debt is in dispute I.C. System has broken the law. Disputed information is not to be reported while in dispute on credit report and this collection agency has put negative information on my credit report with out validation nor have they responded to my request of validation. I sent this letter to I.C. System : I am writing this letter in response to the phone call/letter received from you on ( Date ). In conformance to my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I am requesting you to provide me with a validation of the debt that you talked of earlier. Please note, this is not a refusal to pay, rather a statement that your claim is disputed and validation is demanded. ( 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) ) I do hereby request that your office provide me with complete documentation to verify that I owe the said debt and have any legal obligation to pay you. Please provide me with the following : Agreement with the creditor that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt The agreement bearing my signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt Valid copies of the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and interest charges Proof that the Statute of Limitations has not expired Complete payment history on this account along with an accounting of all additional charges being assessed Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state ; and Your license numbers and Registered Agent If your office fails to reply to this debt validation letter within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all instances related to this account must be immediately deleted and completely removed from my credit file. Moreover, all future attempts to collect on the said debt must be ceased. Your non-compliance with my request will also be construed as an absolute waiver of all claims to enforce the debt against me and your implied agreement to compensate me for court costs and attorney fees if I am forced to bring this matter before a judge. No one should have to be subject to this humiliation especially when it is a unknown account and possible identity theft.
