Consumer Complaint: l C systems inc. bought an old incorrectly reported debt that I had removed from my credit report, ..the previous collection agency " XXXX XXXX '' inaccurately parked it on my report and I vigorously disputed this false charge and it was finally removed from my report. But now I C systems Inc changed the amount by {$1.00} and is trying to claim it as a new debt on my report! RE-AGING..

Consumer Complaint: I was notify by the I.C. System of a debt that I do not owe with XXXX. The account that they are talking about is XXXX ( XXXX ) and they have it under account number XXXX and the reference number is XXXX. The problem is that order was cancel back on XX/XX/XXXX. I have call XXXX and spoke to a XXXX, XXXX and no one can seem to find it. I do not owe them anything because it was cancel. I live in an apartment complex and satellites are not allow and I have my lease to proved. So it was never set up and I never got any equipments. I do not owe anything and XXXX said they do not see anything concern this account nor my phone number. Could this be a scam. Usually it takes 90 days before a company would put thing in collection department. If this order date was made and cancel on XX/XX/XXXX and and I am getting a collection notice from I.C. System on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX has it only collection department that I find out this morning. and they do not know anything about this. I concern this may be a scam and I do not owe anything because it was never setup and I have not sign anything and my landlord does not allow satellite at the apartment.

We called them and they have no record of my name or address in there system, yet they are reporting to XXXX and XXXX the fact I owe this collection. The account number on my report is XXXX. This is preventing us from purchasing a home and we need to have them remove this item from our credit report. They have admitted they do not have us in the system, yet refuse to take ownership and have it removed.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX inquiring about a phone I was told our old it to XXXX call XXXX and stated to them that I never received the last bill and that I still have equipment and if they sent me the proper shipment information I will return the item I spoke to a representative he gave me a confirmation number and stated that information would be deleted do to not notify me of last bill and not sending you boxes to pick up the equipment. I called again just to verify the confirmation number XXXX representative stated they werent aware what the number was I requested that a supervisor called me and I never received a phone call. After two months of XXXX I called in again stated to them that I never received a call from the supervisor is I still have the equipment and what do I need to do with it the amount that they are requesting was {$700.00} I did not owe that amount because they failed to get their product I stated to them that I would more than be more than happy to pay the last bill and that I cancel the services and they never updated their system.This whole process is in attempt to Hendering my credit due to in accuracy and failure to Process this matter accurately Ive called several times and have yet to hear from a supervisor and was told that the account was deleted and now I have a letter from a collection agency inquiring to collect the debt that is not owed

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : I have several collection accounts on my file from a collection agency named IC SYSTEM the accounts are as follows ( ). Please be advised that I am disputing these collections due to the fact that IC SYSTEM has not responded to my requests for debt validation within the required 30 days. I sent IC System letters requesting debt validation via certified mail using the following receipt numbers XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These letters were delivered on XX/XX/18, it is now XX/XX/18 and I have received XXXX communication in response to my validation request. I am requesting that you investigate this matter and delete these accounts from my credit file immediately or provide me with proper debt validation from IC System to collect these debts. Your immediate response is greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I received a letter dated XX/XX/2018 from this collection agency that I never did any business. I immediately responded with a letter stating that I did not have any business with the collection agency and because they are a 3rd party collector they need my permission to furnish any information on my credit as it is stated in the FDCPA. I clearly told them they DO NOT have my permission to access nor report on my credit file. I requested validation, verification, proof of contract and a certified copy of an authenticated original contract with my signature naming them as an entity entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. I informed them that according to the FDCPA they have 15 days to provide the strict proof of contract or they must cease and desist any & all collection efforts. I am attaching a copy of the letter as proof. On XX/XX/2018, I received a responding letter dated XX/XX/2018 from the collection agency stating they would honor my request to cease communication and they would be terminating any further collection efforts. They then stated that they would send weekly electronic files to credit reporting agencies listing debts that are unresolved and unpaid 15 days after they begin collection efforts. They DID NOT send the requested information that was clearly listed in the verification, validation & proof of contract letter that I requested. They also did not respond with said information within the 15 days that the FDCPA allows. On XX/XX/2018 I responded to the collection agency stating they did not provide strict proof of contract at all, which puts them in breech of the 15 day window listed in the FDCPA. I also stated that I appreciate them for stating they would cease communication and terminate collection efforts, but they should also NOT do anything as it related to my credit files for they DO NOT have my permission. I also listed the missing information that they DID NOT verify NOR validate. I clearly stated my remedies in the event they violated my rights by reporting this unverified, unvalidated & uncertified information on my credit report. I even CC 'd the legal firm I may use in the event they go any further. This collection agency did not honor their word nor did they provide any proof ; they did send a letter to the law firm stating they intend to collect on the alleged debt. Yesterday, XX/XX/2018 I saw that this collection agency did file a collection report to the credit reporting agencies which clearly violates my rights and has hurt me in the process for I was attempting to get a loan. I have attached all letters that were sent to and received by the collection agency.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2017, I had cancelled the service with XXXX and tried to port three numbers to the new cell phone company. Two of the three numbers were able to port, but my major cell phone number XXXX was unable port. I believed the XXXX played the dirty game. Finally I had to get a new cell phone number instead. After three months, the XXXX send me the bill for {$75.00}. I denied and disputed for that bill. One of the phone number, my wife opened for her XXXX. But never been used for so long, because of her XXXX was no longer in working condition. I called the XXXX asking for the proof of data using.
