Consumer Complaint: XXXX. Not my account. This situation has been ongoing for so long, I do not even know when it began, but do know that I am very ill and XXXX at the time and over XXXX. I could hardly believe I received another collection letter recently, thinking after speaking with XXXX a few times, that per them, all was corrected. I have had the same phone number for many years, 14+. I started getting billed first from XXXX and then the collectors. The statement amount if for {$470.00}, dated XX/XX/2017, which was sent with the collector letter. I.C.System, account # XXXX, ref # XXXX. {$94.00} of this amount is for a collection charge. I realize one could talk until they are blue in the face with people like this to no avail. Well, I buy cheap phones and keep my bill down. I do not know how this occurred, but want the harrassment stopped.

They need to validate this debt and remove it or any and all available options that apply under FCRA will be taken
