Subissue: Debt was paid
Consumer Complaint: I have paid all open medical claims, this collection company is practicing extremely inappropriate tactics. I am now seeing open balances, and inquiries on my credit. I had paid this, left numerous messages, and spoken to various reps after extremely long wait times and language barriers. You have now impacted my credit, and have failed to uphold yourselves as any sort of legitimate business in my opinion.

Consumer Complaint: I was advised that IC systems has reported a disputed bill to the credit bureaus without validating and adjusting the bill to the correct amount. In XX/XX/2018, I received a call from IC Systems on behalf of XXXX. I advised the rep that the bill was incorrect and needed to be adjusted to reflect the amounts paid for cellphones. I was told by the rep that she would look into it. However, the phone was disconnected and I heard nothing else from the company. On the evening of XX/XX/2018. I received a letter from XXXX, before I had a chance to respond, I received a phone call from IC Systems on XX/XX/2018 advising me that although the bill is inaccurate, it was reported to the credit bureaus. I asked why I hadnt heard anything else from them regarding my initial dispute or otherwise and was told that theyve called me but its against their company policy to leave a voicemail and that my dispute was not honored because they didnt receive it in writing. I advised the rep that I never received their contact information, not by letter or phone and was under the impression it was handled by XXXX since thats who Ive been working with since the last call I received in XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that it is my responsibility to get their information and to validate the debt. I proceeded by asking for an email address to send a complaint and follow up dispute and was guided to their website.

Consumer Complaint: Had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX in 2016. During that time XXXX XXXX XXXX had messed up on billing and waived the charge for the modem due to multiple phone calls that had to be made and the miss communication. Since that time IC Systems took over the account. I have reported this as incorrect multiple times and have also talked with XXXX XXXX XXXX on 3 different occasions which they found the information in their notes of the waived charge. They have been asked on multiple occasions to correct this yet 2 years later it is still on my credit report but I have not heard anything this entire time from IC Systems. This is hurting my credit for a debt that is not owed. Would like resolution immediately.

Consumer Complaint: In 2017 I contacted an internet provider over the phone to set up WiFi services in my home. When the installation employee showed up he informed me he was unable to install that companys equipment due to some technical limitation on their part. Services were supposed to be cancelled. I used another internet provider, and never received any services from this company. Even so, I continued to receive bills from them, and I spent many hours calling them to dispute this, only to keep being transferred, and hung up on. Ultimately, this fraudulent account was acquired by IC SYSTEM for debt collection and reported on my credit. I never received services from this company, I am do not owe this debt.
