Consumer Complaint: In early XX/XX/XXXX I returned a pair of new XXXX phone. XXXX claimed I did not turn in the phones timely when I in fact did. They later agreed and dropped the claim. However, later in XX/XX/XXXX I learned they sold the alleged unsresolved debt to a debt collector. When I challenged the collector for documentation and they learned it was insufficient, they dropped the claim. In XX/XX/XXXX another collector reached out to me and I filed a complaint with the FCC ( attached ). That collector then dropped the claim. Now in XX/XX/XXXX, another collector comes to collect the alleged debt because XXXX has not pulled back their claim from the debt database. The collection is showing on 2 of my credit bureaus and when I contested it, the debt collector XXXX XXXX immediately confirmed it without verifying the underlying debt exists. I am suffering credit consequences for the unlawful reporting of this alleged debt to the credit bureaus. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX posted the alleged debt as occurring in XX/XX/XXXX in their reporting which is also inaccurate. Before going serving a lawsuit on XXXX and XXXX XXXX, I am hoping to resolve the issue via the CFPB as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: I saw several transaction notifications in the morning of XX/XX/2018 on my XXXX account. I did not make or authorize any of those transactions. I attempted to contact XXXX immediately but the Customer Support was not open. I changed the password of my XXXX account as a precaution and once the Customer Support was open, I called and reported the unauthorized transaction and that the last transaction that was authorized by me was on XX/XX/2018 for a {$10.00} purchase and any and all transactions after that date were unauthorized. The XXXX agent I spoke to on XX/XX/2018 assured that all the transactions would be reversed. But on XX/XX/2018, I received a notice from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' saying I owe XXXX {$1400.00}. I called XXXX again the same day and asked why I received the notice. The XXXX customer service agent said she has filed another case and all the transactions would be reversed. On the morning of XX/XX/2018, I saw that the transactions were noted as reversed but the account balance on the XXXX account still shows - {$1400.00}. Whenever I try to call XXXX customer service, after providing the information needed to validate the account, the automated phone system states that the account has been placed with a collection agency and I need to contact them directly and it redirects my call to them. It does not allow me to talk to XXXX customer service.
