Consumer Complaint: Latest dispute date : XX/XX/21 and results on XXXX account has been disputed several times ; the disputes are investigated with results stating that information is accurate and that Ive agreed to these terms. That is incorrect, I do not agree. All other student loans I had between XXXX were closed. This is the only one that keeps XXXX me. Furthermore, the government has forgiven student loans ; During the pandemic, the government has stopped payments ( including interest ) on student loans till XX/XX/21. Please have this investigated and removed from my name. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I have been making monthly payments of {$1000.00} since XXXX XXXX {$120000.00} ), and had made smaller payments since XXXX. The original loan amount was {$67.00}, XXXX XXXX. To be clear, my loans have NEVER been delinquent or late. I should have had my loans forgiven last year as I have made over XXXX on time payments, and worked for two qualifying employers for now 22 years. However, the records from FEDLOAN Servicing incorrectly reflect that I do not qualify under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The two main errors the company is commiting are advising me that 1 ) " Your Payment Was Received Outside of Payment Period Window, and 2 ) " You Do Not Have A Bill Due For This Payment Period. '' I have NEVER been late with my payments, and in fact I prepaid the amount due for my loans so it is impossible for any of my payments to be outside the payment period window. Secondly, I have never had my loans under a forbearance or deferral so my payments should have been counted. Again I have made OVER XXXX qualifying payments and met all the criteria for qualifying under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

Consumer Complaint: I have been in repayment for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness ( PSLF ) program since XXXX. I have had 4 federal loan servicers during that time and the servicers have not shared information between servicers about the status of my participation in the PSLF program as my loans were transferred among servicers. From XXXX, loan servicers misled and gave wrong information that I was on a qualifying payment plan and did not respond to requests for information about PSLF program participation, and the current servicer has delayed for two years a review of qualifying payments that they have claimed were ineligible for the program. Meanwhile, the Temporary Extended Public Service Loan Forgiveness ( TEPSLF ) program funds are available and I certainly qualify for forgiveness.

Consumer Complaint: I attend XXXX XXXX from XXXX to XXXX as you many know they recently went bankrupt do to frauding students. While I was there I took out a private student loan. It was through AES American Education Services. My issue is why am I having to pay this back since I had to prove I was a student in order to get this loan and the school was do what they did to students. I am XXXX years old and i am my sole supporter. I will be close to XXXX when this loan is paid. They have worked things out in the past such as forbearance, delayed payments etc. Well I have used all those options. Well last year they did give a 90 period where I did not have to make payments I got caught up however I am 3 months behind again. I have called them and asked for help nothing. I was told the loan was held by National Co ligate Trust. They would not give me their contact nothing at all. I can not do anything in my life because of this. It is a burden on my cosigner as well. They will not release my cosigner. I am having to choose between paying my electric putting food on my table, or even gas to get to work. This has also effected me mentally. I have proof of this i am seeing a consular.I am getting nowhere. My life is pretty much over. no travel for me no buying new clothes, no buying extra food, or even taking someone out on a date. I am pleading for help. I am exploring everything. I want my money back this is pathetic they are getting away with this. My state attorney general wont even help.

Consumer Complaint: 1 - Since XX/XX/XXXX I submitted and updated PSLF/TEPSL Form to update my " eligible Qualifying '' payments and Fedloan has repeatedly refused to update my total payments. On the submitted form, Question 8 asked is your employer a government organization and I answered " Yes '' and the form states if " Yes '', skip questions XXXX, If " No '' complete XXXX. My employer has certified the form and I have re-submitted four times since XX/XX/XXXX and my information has not been updated. 2- Also, 6 payments made, I have been told are not " qualifying payments '' and don't understand why. 3 - Fedloan has refused to give me appropriate access to select which loan I want to make payment on. I have two loans and on the smaller loan, I am now making principal payments only. When I go to the website, it doesn't allow me to select the loan I want to pay on and I have repeatedly asked for this access so every month, I have to haggle with them to re-apply the payment made to the appropriate account. 4. My XXXX, XXXX payment made was not included in my total " qualifying payments '', I am just getting the run around on this. 4- Lastly, the customer service provided is terrible. I am getting confusing instructions on what to do regarding all of the above.

Consumer Complaint: Because of an error on the side of FedLoan Processing, my consolidated federal student loan has been wrongly split into two different loans for the purposes of TEPSLF processing. One of my loans is qualifying for TEPSLF forgiveness but the part of my consolidated loan from an original Direct Unsubsidized loan is only showing 70/120 qualifying payments. This is ALL THE SAME CONSOLIDATED LOAN. It was discharged and paid together consistently. Multiple agents at My FedLoan have reviewed my case and admitted that it is an error on their part and that the CONSOLIDATED, SINGLE loan legally should have been treated as one loan. It was " submitted for review '' over a month ago and no one is able to give me an update or time frame for when they will resolve their own error. I have asked to be in contact with the office that reviews these cases and told that they can not disclose that information and that the office is simply " The Department of the Treasury. '' I have asked for an estimated or average time frame and been told that there is no possibility of doing that. I have asked where they are in the process and been told they do not know and can not give an update. I was told an agent was assigned to my case but when I received an email from that agent, their name was listed as " ( XXXX ) '' and their phone number was " ( P ) XXXX ''. it's unacceptable that a {$30000.00} error has no accountability whatsoever or urgency in fixing it, that the " agent '' assigned to me won't share their name, and there is no even estimated timeframe or ability to check on the status. They have admitted they are at fault but that does not seem to change the result.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted my Chapter XXXX Discharge paperwork NUMEROUS TIMES!!! Due to an injury, I am NO LONGER ABLE to work. Under my chapter XXXX, I lost my XXXX, my retirement, everything I had and the judge declared by case to be a hardship case and ruled that even the student loan to XXXX was discharged. XXXX was aware and, as indicated in the paperwork I am RESUBMITTING, had reported to all the credit bureaus as CLOSED/CHAPTER XXXX BANKRUPTCY. 2 years later, they decide to pass it off AFTER BANKRUPTCY to a PHEAA for " collection '', which is totally ILLEGAL! Now, both PHEAA AND XXXX are reporting to all the credit bureaus that this DISCHARGED DEBT is PAST DUE! It was NEVER past due! EVER. It was deferred or in forbearance, but NEVER LATE! I am REALLY, REALLY tired of these companies getting away with reporting something that was LEGALLY under FEDERAL LAW DISCHARGED. I am about to file a law suit against them and I will drag in every doctor, judge and person I know for the pain and infliction these companies are causing to my credit. I have had ENOUGH! HOW MUCH DOCUMENTATION does it take to get SOMEONE to REALLY DO SOMETHING?? PLEASE!!! LOOK at the attachments! THE DISCHARGE PAPER FROM THE COURT is CLEAR! THEY CAN NOT COLLECT on a DISCHARGED DEBT!!
