Consumer Complaint: My new checking account hasn't been open not even a month before wells fargo closed it. The reason why wells fargo feels that way about me with such malic against me. Was because XXXX XXXX already defamated my character. Well before I open my checking account. She made sure that everyone at wells fargo new about me. My insurance company used wells fargo. So I went to a wells fargo bank to cash my insurance check for hail damage. All the bankers stared at me like I was some type of criminal. This banker XXXX XXXX wouldn't leave me alone about wanting to open a checking account with them. Which I didn't want in the first place. Then she proceeded to make fun of me and my sons facial features. All due to their employee XXXX XXXX slandering my name. Which makes wells fargo libel for their employees actions. Wells fargo hated me well before I opened my new checking account. Well before I even had a account at wells fargo. They weren't exercising their right to close my account. When i opened my first account until AFTER, XXXX XXXX falsely accused me of harassing her. Wells fargo owes me damages for all the pain and suffering caused by XXXX XXXX. With her calling the police on me while I was at the bank. This is why i am so angry. They let me open a new checking account, but to only closed it not even a month later. I was kept in the dark. When I tried to make a purchase and my purchase was delined. I went to call wells fargo, with a banker told me the business relationship went bad. I just opened this account. Now i can't do any business with wells fargo because of XXXX XXXX. I don't care about their stupid cause. They didn't have a right to close my account. By forcing me to drive back and forth to the bank to open a new checking account. This violates my civil rights telling me I can't enter a wells fargo back. Even if I have a check made out to me with wells fargo bank all because of wells fargo slanderous false accusations.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo, according to the attached document, provides different level of service to consumers based on the type of the phone service that consumers receive. From the attached letter it is clear that Wells Fargo requires customers to subscribe to expensive telephone service in order to receive certain credit card services from Wells Fargo. There is no information neither on Wells Fargo website, nor in the attached letter, nor in any of the Wells Fargo marketing materials, what type of telephone service and from which companies the customers must have in order to receive all services from Wells Fargo credit card advertised to the public. There are classes of consumers that for various reasons, such as living in a specific geographic areas, who can not obtain telephone services from companies that Wells Fargo had partnered with. The Wells Fargo policy has desperate impact on those classes.

Its just a line that anybody could have signed. and also i send wells fargo proof of my signature way before the resolution to go by so they could use as a reference and still refused to use it and im out of money

Consumer Complaint: XXXX friend request. Accepted 2nd request on XX/XX/. Became personal friends after one month. She stated she worked as an XXXX XXXX in XXXX. Management stated she was needed in a war zone and will be transferred very soon. Told me she wanted to quite because her life was at risk and will be sending me a high valued package ( gold and medical equipment ) before her being transferred. Package was sent and held up by XXXX Airport Authorities. Need to wire {$10000.00} to complete the delivery. Sent wire on XX/XX/. Courier sent another email stating the package was confiscated by the XXXX Authorities and now want {$83000.00} or we will be reported to the FBI, XXXX and the XXXX Authorities for smuggling. Went to bank and they said, this is a scam and will not wire funds. Went home and check on some documents and agreed this is a scam.

Often times I am in an out of the hospital due to my XXXX and I have a care person that takes care of my banking needs. Just recently I have discovered my account has been abused and is in the process of being closed which will put me in a worse condition financially and put me at risk of not being able to pay bills. I would like for the bank to reconsider the closing of my account and unlock it so that my direct deposits may hit and if I have to I will close my own account but this is an inconvenience to someone who served this country. Wellsfargo bank should be ashamed

Consumer Complaint: I opened a card in XXXX of XXXX with wellsfargo. On my first statement is a balance transfer of {$2300.00} to the card that I never made. Ive spent over a month now and had to reopen the claim multiple times because they keep ignoring the obvious. I have proof I didnt make it too. I have scanned mail of the card delivering XX/XX/15 to my address so how on EARTH did a balance transfer occur on the card before I had physical possession of my card information? That is impossible. Oh also they will call you to reach out and when you answer they hang up instantly and then will turn around and pretend we couldnt reach you just to keep denying claims easier. This is absolutely the most backwards shady bank I have ever worked with.

Fraudulent activity I reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX was a holiday, over 30 transactions made to my checking account related to fraudulent activity on my debit card. All transactions were made over a period of 6 days ( XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX ), including a weekend and federal holiday, all the same company ( I never heard of ) and all for the same amount... .ding , ding , it should of been flagged. A total of XXXX transactions posted, each transaction was for {$38.00}, totaling {$530.00}. They opened a claim for ONE charge and kept adding overdraft fees. I had to keep calling them and complaining, they would remove the overdraft fees, but only open another claim for XXXX of the XXXX transactions. Called again on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX, same complaint, different agent, had to start explaining ALL over again. One agent actually HUNG up on me! Basically, they made me wait until ALL the transactions POSTED, so they waited for someone to FINISH stealing my money for a credit to be issued and then said they would expedite a claim, but a credit would still take 7-10 days. Really?!? I hate this self righteous company, they are disgusting and should be shut down. I have been a customer since XXXX ( stupid me! ) and my husband since XXXX. We will be closing every account we have with them and tell everyone we know to avoid them like the plague. I also live in XXXX, WY, we have a branch that is never open, nobody wants to work there, so I had NO local branch to go to.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, someone successfully hacked into my Wells Fargo checking account and wired themselves {$4200.00} after having had access to my username and password. I did not give anyone that information. I filed the claim will Wells Fargo immediately, as I caught the wire immediately. Wells Fargo has denied the claims multiple times, even after I escalated it to their executive office. They sent me a letter and put in writing that Im the one responsible for online wires that originate using your username and password, WHETHER OR NOT ACTUALLY AUTHORIZED BY YOU ''. Wells Fargo essentially said over and over that I'm responsible for the lack of security their own online system provides. I never ever gave anyone my username or password, and take my online security seriously. I caught the wire right after it happened, and they confirmed it was still " pending '', but even a timely response to the hacker didn't mean anything. After escalating the issue multiple times and constantly getting the same answer, I got a call from someone named XXXX XXXX who not only explicitly said it was " my fault '' that my username and password were compromised prior to the wire ( it wasn't ) but refused to answer me when I asked what Wells Fargo is doing to protect their clients. Then he hung up on me. A Wells Fargo employee hung up on me when I was simply asking what they could do to protect their lifelong clients. I have sense closed my checking and savings accounts, but would like to issue a formal complaint against Wells Fargo, and demand they mail me a check for the amount that was compromised due to their own lack of security measures.
