Consumer Complaint: This is a formal complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against Wells Fargo employees XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for violent psychological harassment, unprofessional inappropriate behaviors and misconduct conduct towards me and my Wells Fargo accounts. I have filed over 12 complaints against XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for harassment with Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX department and Wells Fargo credit card or their customer XXXX department have done nothing to reprimand its employees of inappropriate behaviors towards me or its customers. XXXX XXXX provided my personal information to XXXX XXXX in customer advocacy against my permission rather than provide the phone number to the customer advocacy department so I could contact them directly although I requested for the number XXXX XXXX could not provide it. Although I never spoke to XXXX XXXX she began working on my account without verifying any of my personal information or even speaking to me. XXXX XXXX created a case on my account. After the call XXXX XXXX began violently harassing me and projecting negativity towards me for XXXX months. I filed over 7 complaints with Wells Fargo Credit Executive department and their customer advocacy group regarding these violent and malicious activities from XXXX XXXX and Wells Fargo did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead the conflicts became worse. Wells Fargo would have representatives like XXXX contact me and initiate further psychological harassment and malicious conduct towards me and my accounts. These behaviors and misconduct by Wells Fargo employees are extremely unacceptable and inappropriate buisness practices. Wells Fargo continues to hire violent employees and refuses to reprimand its employees when complaints are filed and its case managers support and encourage the harassment and inappropriate behaviors. Wells Fargo continues to allow its employees to harass me and when I file a complaint things become worse. Wells Fargo for years has allowed its employees to mock my complaints and even allow them to continue their misconduct towards my accounts and cause disruptions in my personal life. I filed complaint XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX employees XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX towards me. I also filed at least 7 complaints against XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX for harassment and misconduct towards me and my account. There is no reason why any customer should file so many complaints regarding harassment. Customers should file one complaint and the issue should be resolved. I am demanding that all harassment and inappropriate behaviors from XXXX XXXX towards me be discontinued. Although Ive filed all these complaints Wells Fargo never truly resolved any issues and these employees continue to harass me and behave inappropriately towards me and my accounts. Wells Fargo also stated that my introductory fee would begin in XXXX of this year but continues to charge me interest fees that are incorrect. I am requesting that all harassment from these employees ceases immediately and that their misconduct be reprimanded by Wells Fargo.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, We are part of the Wellsfargo class action settlement ; however, we are getting the run-around in a major way. In the fall ( XXXX ), we received a pre-settlement check ( 3 times ) for this class action that we DID NOT cash. We DID NOT accept the settlement amount. We have contracted Wellsfargo by phone and by email, and every time we are told that our inquiry is invalid, either because the lawsuit is for a specific issue, like them opening an account we didn't authorize, or that the lawsuit is closed and therefore we would not be included. At this point, we feel that Wellsfargo is stalling and providing false information on purpose, and we are being stonewalled. *In their final response WellsFargo gave us an update/finalize date of XX/XX/23 stating that we would receive payout of class action and/or contact by that date. It is now XXXX and once again WellsFargo is absent from the process.

When I received the emails they were the same XXXX checks send in multiple batches. I then called again and again spent a long time on the phone. I was promised that the checks would be mailed as the clerk said "... I am not sure how the system works. '' But she said there was no other way for me to secure the checks other than this antiquated method. I would like to be compensated for my time. Consumer Complaint: Your corporation has been requiring and demanding the unlawful use of Federal Reserve Notes also known as Floating Rate Notes ( debt notes ) as payment, when in fact, the submitted application used to open the account, with access and use of my personal and private financial information ( SSN, social security card, which is an open-ended credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( l ) along with my signature ) served as a financial asset, promissory note and security which in fact satisfies each monthly obligation pursuant to 12 CFR 360.6 ( 2 ) as well the application being self-liquidating paper pursuant to 17 CFR 260.11b-6. This is considered an unauthorized use since I have received NO BENEFIT. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 8, all coupons, bills, certificates of indebtness, both public and private used for personal, family and household use are the obligation of the United States. This will also serve as Notice of breach of fiduciary duty ( U.C.C. 3-307 ). Following this notice if said financial assets are not either returned to the referenced creditor/bailor/beneficiary via mail within Fifteen ( 15 ) business days or accepted for its intended purpose within Fifteen ( 15 ) business days of the receipt of this notice, an SEC complaint will be filed pursuant to 17 CFR 240.15c1-2 and 17 CFR 240.10b-5. Consumer Complaint: Last year I had a joint account in Wells Fargo with XXXX XXXX. The balance was always paid some months overpaid. One of the months the payment was applied not to our joint account but one of her other accounts by an employees mistake. Upon notice that it was due still I paid the account in full, thus having no late payments of having to deal with that mistake again. This was paid for in full in XXXX. However XXXX has it marked as having a late payment for XXXX even though this payment was processed in XXXX. Being as this is the only late payment on my entire credit report and it had nothing to do with my inability to pay it but instead a employees mistake I would like this removed from my credit report. When I spoke to an employee last they said it wouldn't matter or affect anything that it was resolved.
