Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2019 my XXXX XXXX XXXX was repossessed without any notice. When the man came to the house I immediately called Wells Fargo Dealer Services and explained that I had had a disabling accident on XX/XX/2019 but my payments had been made up to XXXX. I had called multiple times in XXXX and explained my situation and was told I was okay as long as it was not six months before there was no payment. I was working on my son paying the vehicle when they came and repossessed my car. They refused to stop the repossession when I was on the phone with them at the time the repossession company was at my house. I received no phone calls, no communication at all that the car was going to be repossessed. Then a year later a towing company tried to get me to pay them over {$3000.00} for the towing and storage of the vehicle. Wells Fargo has sent me about {$2000.00} in " fees '' the over charged but I only owed {$3700.00} on my car, they left me without a vehicle while in a severe medical emergency. I paid {$14000.00} for the vehicle and I believe they owe me everything I paid them.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX LA XXXX Wells Fargo Customer Service Department XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Subject : Urgent Dispute Resolution for Unauthorized Transactions and Funds Restoration Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the unauthorized transactions that have occurred on my account, as well as the delay in the restoration of funds by Wells Fargo XXXX This situation has arisen at an exceedingly challenging time for me, as my grandmother recently passed away, and my family and I urgently need to travel abroad to attend her funeral. I implore you to promptly address this matter and return the funds to my account, as it is critical for our travel expenses and necessary arrangements. Last year, I discovered several unauthorized transactions on my account, which I immediately reported to your customer service department. I followed the prescribed protocols and completed all necessary paperwork to initiate the dispute process. While I understand that thorough investigations are required, it has been an extended period since I filed the dispute, and the funds have not been restored to my account. The sudden loss of my grandmother, coupled with the financial strain caused by these unauthorized transactions, has left my family and me in a distressing situation. We depend on the funds to cover essential expenses related to travel, accommodation, and funeral arrangements. The continued delay in resolving this matter has added further emotional and financial burden during an already difficult time. Consumer Complaint: Stayed at the XXXX XXXX hotel for a week. Hotel had a strong weed smell despite saying no smoking. Cockroaches were in the kitchen. The bathtub was dirty. Stove had poor ventilation, making it impossible to cook without a metallic smell. Internet would cut out constantly making it hard to do my job despite internet being advertised. I stayed from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, for a total of {$500.00}. I wasn't able to cancel my reservation. At the end of my stay the staff said I would be getting a full refund. I called the hotel when I did not receive a refund, and they said to contact the company through the website. I contacted the company on XX/XX/XXXX, but got no reply. I disputed my transaction through Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX. They gave me a credit, and said my credit would be permanent after giving them this information, but now they are saying they are revoking my credit for the {$500.00}, and that they can't do anything about it.

Consumer Complaint: Reference Case number : XXXX Account number ending in:XXXX Closed Charged off. I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2022 from Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX XXXX. This letter was pertaining to fees that were charged per the letter " when a restraint was present on the account. Per the letter, " the restraint may have prevented deposits to and/withdrawals from the account ''. Per the letter, " As a result we ( Wells Fargo ) are enclosing a check for {$730.00}. The letter had a contact number that I called in between XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX at XXXX ( XXXX ), she directed me to call Wells Fargo at XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo customer service agent ), he offered me an additional {$500.00} for the inconvenience, but I declined. Wells Fargo incorrectly reported that the closed checking account ending in XXXX with a balance owed, thus, damaging my Credit History. I believe that I am entitled to relief, for each Bureau ( consumer reporting agency ), minimum of { {$1000.00} } per violation and because their action caused adverse action as it pertains to employment and my way of life, I ampunitive damages due to gross negligence. I have spoken to a number of XXXX Office Case Specialists. This is also Breach of their privacy policy as the incorrect information was reported to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) consumer reporting agency and caused adverse effects. I would also like to file a complaint to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for reporting incorrect information within my public profile. I have attached both adverse effect letters from the creditor. I ask that the CFPB levy a substantial fine against Wells Fargo and satisfy the open invoice as it relates to my research of this claim.Both Wells Fargo & Company along with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) have violated my rights- In accordance with the fair credit Reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, has violated my rights. 15USC 1681 Section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a small business checking account with Wells Fargo several years ago. In XXXX, I opened two additional accounts related to this original account. The banker who opened the accounts called me to return to the bank which I did in XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) because I had moved and the address was appearing differently. So I went in, gave him the documents he needed and signed that my new address was in fact correct. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email that my email was no longer attached to that checking account. So I logged on to see what was going on and found that all 3 accounts had been closed and my balance was XXXX. No explanation, no other notification. I called to the Wells Fargo offices repeatedly yesterday and everyone told me, it was something I had done wrong and it would take 10 days to resolve, and there was no way to reinstate the accounts. I pay bills from those accounts and I collect payments. I also pay myself through that business account. I finally convinced the banker who originally worked with me to do something and he called me back and said the error was theirs, something he had changed hadn't gone through. So he said I could reinstate my accounts but I had to sign more paperwork. He is in Arizona, I am currently in MD. So I went to a local bank this morning and signed. Now I am being told it will still be several days before the accounts will be reinstated and no one has any idea about my money. This seems criminal to me. I made no mistakes. I was never notified - though they repeatedly have said they " mailed '' me something- which I have never received. Yet, they have taken all of my money and closed my accounts, preventing me from conducting business. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: During the year of XXXX, I contacted Wells Fargo Bank where I banked and had military checking and all banking through their military banking department i contacted several times with regard to information on purchasing a home I was transferred to credit department and home mortgage department and was told that I didn't have a good enough credit score to purchase a home and that I lacked a large purchase in other words a low score and not major purchase they suggested that I make a large purchase or purchases to demonstrate I can pay back to increase credit score by using credit card or byway of other purchases THAT IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND A TOTAL LIE! I qualified at the time I was lied to by Wells Fargo for a house because the VA loan is totally different than a conventional home loan. Iwas told this lie by several Wells Fargo representatives in order to just run up my credit card. I charged on my card up to l Just under {$30000.00} and my fico credit score at the time was XXXX or XXXX, and was given {$30000.00} with that credit score. It is my honest and sincere experience and observation that Wells Fargo lied to me decieved me gave me this line of credit that I according to fico score didn't qualify to have A ) give large credit line in order use the assets that I had in the bank account over {$60000.00} to $ XXXX after XXXX initial cash deposit in my checking savings at that time B ) lied to me knowing I qualified for veterans loan BECAUSE I USED WELLS FARGO MILITARY BANKING but lied to me saying i didn't qualify in order to get me to make purchases on my card and C ) PROOF WELLS FARGO LIED DECIEVED AND MISLEAD ME ON MY MORTGAGE QUESTIONS AND INQUIRIES after I was approved for my home after having a {$30000.00} loan with Wells fargo ( debt to asset ratio ) still qualified me for a home because IT IS A VETERANS LOAN NOT A CONVENTIONAL LOAN. I had to pay Wells fargo the ( YOU NEED TO PUT PURCHASES ON YOUR CARD TO QUALIFY FOR A HOME LIE LOAN ) I have loan 10 % interest rate on a {$30000.00} loan for five years started in XXXX paying {$520.00} every month haven't missed a payment I been struggling but Wells Fargo predatory lied to me to get me to run up the card on lies telling me I didn't qualify for home loan because my credit score is too low and no major purchases ALL LIES I NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE THESE PURCHASES NOR HAVE THIS DEBT IF WELLS FARGO HAD NOT LIED TO ME ABOUT HOW I NEEDED TO MAKE LARGE PURCHASE AND RAISE MY CREDIT SCORE IT IS ALL LIES MY HOME LOAN CURRWNT IS A VETERAN LOAN HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT THAT LIED TO ME ABOUT. I QUALIFIED AND THEY LIED AND SAID I DID NOT.
