Consumer Complaint: Got email from Wells Fargo that an application for a credit card was submitted on XX/XX/2023. Multiple emails alerts were also received from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX about a new inquiry/credit card application. Soon, someone contacted me from WF and went through the whole nine yards asking questions and validating information etc. Then they hung up saying that they will investigate and close the account/application that was not opened/submitted by me. In the afternoon of the same day, another person from the same institution WF called and once again verified and validated a sequence of information and once again they confirmed that the fraudulent application was submitted and they will deny the same.

Consumer Complaint: Original mortgage [ XX/XX/XXXX ], refinanced with WELLS FARGO on XX/XX/XXXX. Mortgage summary is as followed- 1- Loan Term : 30yrs. 2- Interest Rate : 6 %. 3- [ Initial ] Outstanding Principal : $ XXXX. 4- Current Outstanding Principal Balance : {$220000.00}. 5- Current Monthly Mortgage payment : {$2600.00}. 6- Current Monthly Interest payment : {$1100.00}. 7- Current Monthly Principal payment : {$760.00} 8- Current Net Monthly Escrow payment : {$760.00}. 9- CURRENT TOTAL PAYMENT AMOUNT : {$2600.00} A- The issues of CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD ; NEGATIVE EQUITY & NEGATIVE AMORTIZATION were raised by " mortgagor '' when he conducted some routine arithmetical calculations using the interest rate of 6 %, and the [ INITIAL ] outstanding principal balance to arrive at actual monthly principal payments of ( {$870.00} ). B- The discrepancy discovered, was in the comparative principal amount WELLS FARGO assigned to mortgagor 's monthly mortgage payments, AND the formulaic arithmetical calculations used to arrive at the natural monthly principal payments .... namely ; 1- [ former ] Outstanding Principal : $ XXXX ..... DIVIDED BY ... .... 2- Loan Term : 30yrs ..... DIVIDED BY ... ... 12 months ... .equals {$870.00}. C- Resulting from the above ( formulaic mathematical calculation ), " mortgagor '' found that when comparing the result to WELLS FARGO 's assigned monthly ( principal ) mortgage payments. An event of " negative amortization & negative equity '' resulted. As the lesser of the two comparable principals was assigned to " mortgagor ' '' s monthly payments by Wells Fargo. Where said monthly payments " arbitrarily '' calculated and assigned by WELLS FARGO, enriches themselves by way of excessive interest payments and longer loan terms etc. In Summary, the " amortization schedule '' as of XX/XX/XXXX, being the very first principal payment. Is skewed, deeply abbreviated and discounted to the result of {$310.00} ( instead of {$870.00} ). Resulting in the conspicuous NEGATIVE EQUITY, due to the difference of {$550.00}, resulting from the discrepancy between the FALSE Wells Fargo amortization schedule 's PRINCIPAL PAYMENT ( {$310.00} ), and the genuine/orthodox, formulaic arithmetical result of {$870.00}. The " constructive fraud '' emerges here and in other places, but for the sake of brevity. The difference of {$550.00} resulting from the discrepancy between the two contravening and conflicting " monthly payments '' ... vis-a-vis.. Wells Fargo 's amortization schedule , and the Arithmetical Formulaic monthly payments . The discrepancy amount ... {$550.00}, is then kicked back by Wells Fargo to the initial OUTSTANDING PRINCIPAL, thereby fraudulently enriching Wells Fargo by way of astronomical future Interest Payments and further extending the terms of the loan, to the detriment of XXXX XXXX, by way of NEGATIVE EQUITY ; NEGATIVE AMORTIZATION... etc.

Consumer Complaint: So Ive already reported several things about Wells Fargo and I just had an employee call me refused to give me her first and last name or a code to link to her. Which I know they do sometimes if they dont want to give out their private information. Shes assuring me that they use XXXX numbers and never in my life since I bank with Wells Fargo since they were Wachovia and XXXX XXXX never have they asked me to call a XXXX number. This lady said her name was XXXX XXXX would not give me a code to link back to her. Also asked me my birthday and last four of my social, which they are not allowed to do. I was told when they call you. I gave it to her because theyre covering up the fact that they already have this information by stealing it on second life. Tells me that XXXX, no last name, is the account manager. Just was concerned about me reporting the XXXX number. I would like their numbers trace back because they are using scramblers. And I assured her a court can do that. Because I had my friends boyfriend stock her while she was at my house and they can trace back numbers even if its a block number every electronic has a code to send a signal to a device to make it work. But I didnt know how to update information on these cases so I started a new one. XXXX XXXXs number was XXXX. Says they all use XXXX numbers. Never in my life have I called the bank on a XXXX number! Old XXXX, phone number she wanted to tell me that this branch is based out of North Carolina. And thats why they use XXXX numbers thats XXXX. Also, XXXX XXXX tried to say her last name I only had one letter and I said nobodys last name is one letter thats when she changed it after saying yes, it is only one letter to were not allowed to give out our last things and didnt give me an ID number

Consumer Complaint: This email is intended to report Wells Fargo involvement in a fraudulent transaction back on XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$14000.00}. A Wells Fargo banker name XXXX XXXX had advised me several times that I could qualify for a HELOC, and I would have small payments, Which I declined every time he offered me this HELOC. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was approached again by mention banker " XXXX XXXX '' regarding a HELOC, and then I decided to request a HELOC in the amount of {$10000.00} which it was approved and deposited into my Wells Fargo checking account. In XXXX of XXXX, I was in the process of selling my house, and i noticed that my HELOC unpaid principal balance was still {$9800.00} " Approx. '' I went to the Wells Fargo branch, and I was told that it was accurate, they brought up to my attention about the " suppose '' HELOC that was processed on my behalf " UNAUTHORIZED. '' I proceeded to file a claim with Wells Fargo and waited for their investigation outcome. Weeks after, Wells Fargo responded and made me aware that on XX/XX/XXXX, there was a HELOC application in the amount of {$14000.00}, the application also had a co-borrower named " XXXX XXXX '' which I have no relationship nor involvement what's so ever with mentioned person. Wells Fargo also provided documentation where the HELOC application was signed by this individual and me " supposedly '' and for Well Fargo convenience, it was notarized by same banker that processed the HELOC application " XXXX XXXX. '' On that document, you can clearly see that my signature does NOT match my actual signature, I made Wells Fargo aware of this and their excuse always is that it was notarized by a Public Notary. Wells Fargo has not provided records or proof of this funds being paid out either by check, cashier 's check or direct deposit just like the actual and legitimate HELOC that was processed on XX/XX/XXXX, for the amount of {$10000.00}. Wells Fargo banker " XXXX XXXX, '', their Public Notary, processed a HELOC application for the amount of {$25000.00} when I had only requested {$10000.00}. Their intention was to pay off the UNAUTHORIZED and FRAUDULENT HELOC created on XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$14000.00}. Therefore, the amount deposited into my account was {$10000.00} after the fraudulent HELOC was paid off. It's unethical and no fair for me as a consumer that Wells Fargo is trying to take advantage of me as a consumer for their own benefit. It is also OBVIUOS that their own Notary/Banker processed and notarized all documents such as applications and everything else.

Consumer Complaint: I financed a new loan with wells fargo dealer services in XXXX throughout the loan my mother was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX and passed away in XXXX, payments made were spotty, a couple months at a time, made some, missed some etc, in ultimately the truck was picked up by a repossion company, right away I had a buyer for the truck for the pay off like XXXX, was 6 months getting title, but in mean time Ive gotten back on my feet, applied for some loan and the repo/ charge off appears on my credit report. I hire a credit repair company and I dispute the chargeoff as the truck was paid and sold paid in full. They would remove it and place it back on we dispute they remove it and it keeps coming back. My real question or concern is I keep receiveing checks from wellsfargo dealer services for over payment on the truck, and yet the negitive remarks remain on my credit. I have received like 5 checks inthe past 5 years, I would like to see the negitive remarks removed as the truck was more than paid for. Thank you XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
