Consumer Complaint: on XXXX i deposited XXXX dollars into my account with an ending balance of XXXX which gave me an ending balance of XXXX a couple of hours later i had nothing in my account when i went to the bank the told me that a judgement was placed on my account for my girlfriend who i have been with for ten years, we have a joint account because she needed a debit card for her and our son in case of emegencies. i am the sol provider for my family. on XXXX a legal notice was delivered to the bank for my girlfriend saying she owed money from XXXX which was in a laywers hand and then sold to another in XXXX who claim to have verified an address that she hadnt lived in for years, and had a judge sign off on a judement without even going to or recieveing notice for court.so on XXXX they held XXXX dollars from my account and then charged me a legal fee of XXXX dollars. then when my check cleared they removed another XXXX dollars and another XXXX dollar legal fee and that was done on XXXX i went to the bank and spoke to some one who refused to show me any legal document but gave me a phone number for the laywer and a number for wels fargo and waas told they couldnt provide me with any addition al information. when i called wells fargo i spoke with there legal team who informed me that the bank could have given me the information that i requested so i was lied to by the bank about what information they could have given me. i have a joint account and am not responsible for my girlfriend debts from before we met i am the only one putting money in the account. after being told i could not dispute or get a refund on legal fees or the money taken from the account and me calling and complaining i recieved a XXXX dollar refund to my account on XXXX and also recieved a XXXX dollar check in the mail which was deposited in XXXX for some banking protection i never knew i had

In the meantime, the provisional credit of {$340.00} that they provided is being deducted from my account! I have been with Wells Fargo since 2013 and this is ridiculous I can see if it was a large ridiculous amount. Me or somebody I know did not make this charge!

Consumer Complaint: Hello I have been putting in complaints for years and Find a consumer complaint but it seems like no one at all in the cfpb wants to help me. My Bio i am an XXXX for over 36 years. What I am about to wrote is the truth. It seems no one at wells fargo wants to help me. So that's great lie to a Florida XXXX when she was trying to get a modification and then let her home she worked her entire life for with out any compensation m what XXXX is world do we live. I dance living and how do I get risks? I have read weeks fargos responses to all my complaints. I get the phone calls, I get modification applications that were sent to me. What would you do if you house was worth XXXX and you paid XXXX. And even i paid my modification would never be permanent and I would hand lost on anyway. How do I know? Because wells fargo never knew the internet would take off and social media would be a thing and that we would all find each other. Yes find each other. People would pay 18 to 24 months modifications and never get a permanent and then foreclosures would be filed and homes stolen. I couldn't put my fail my at risk like that. I was denied a modification in XXXX because my file was moved out of review XXXX XXXX and my next application was lost on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I received a foreclosure letter and XX/XX/XXXX I was served. How do you do this to a XXXX. # 1 i called to inquire about a hamp modification and how do I apply? I was told by multiple weeks fargo employees that I had to be 90 days late in order to apply. This was told to millions Why would wells fargo keep a record of that which would incriminate them. # 2 : I never received a demand letter i had to wait 3 months to apply for the hamp modification. Once I was 3 months late I sent all my documentation via XXXXXXXX XXXX ( with the XXXX XXXX modification they continued to lose all my documentation that I faxed, ) In XX/XX/XXXX I called a HOPE counselor set up by President Obama. We called wells fargo together. We were told they had all my documentation. 2 weeks later the underwriter called me crying and then we both cried someone moved my file out of review on her day off. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I received a new application and sent it via XXXX XXXX At 1st I was told they never received it. Then when I investigated and had a name of a person that signed it all of the sudden they received some documentation but not all??? I sent it all. # 3 early XX/XX/XXXX while they were still looking for my lost documentation I received a. Letter from a foreclosure lawyer. Isn't that dual tracking. I believe dual tracking is illegal. But if course is wells fargo they are aloud to break the law without any consequences to the people because we are just a number not a working florida XXXX of 36byears trusted to save lives # 4 1st foreclosure case dismissed because wells fargo did not produce any discovery ( discovery that was never produced was the amount of monies received from any insurance policy including PMI & credit default swap s never produced ) and the judge in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would not except any fake documents And my note had a stamped signature of XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX was just on 60 minutes that year they paid people 10 $ an HOUR to stamp PROMISSORY NOTES. Stamping is fine but to be authentic it has to be notarized. How could a home be stolen without a notarized signature but an assignment of mortgage is notarized. Many times in different states then the servicer So the judge discussed the case. He was know to say '' do not come to my court room with fake documents as an Assistant district attorney i took people 's freedom away for a living. No one 's freedom could be taken away with fake documents so I will NOT ALLOW homes to be taken away without original documentation " So case dismissed because wells fargo knew he would not take fake documents # 5 i never received a 2nd demand letter # 6 why would anyone apply for a modification while in foreclosure? And then pay 3 trial payments and lose the house anyway. I think wells fargo forgot the power of the internet. People were paying these trial payments sometimes for 2 years without any permanent modification and lost their homes. I think they didn't know we would find out that this scheme was a money grab because at .91 days pmi and credit default swaps pay off the mortgage # 7 yes nationstar took over servicing. I paid them 3 trial payments from the advice of my lawyer. Hoping they would be fair and they offered me a predatory modification 40 years and XXXX balloon. So we had a set trial ( something florida does ) the judges, again a good judge, and both defensive and plaintiff what they are presenting at trial. XXXX admitted and it is on my Docket, that they had no original documents and the judge continued the trial. XX/XX/XXXX my home was stolen by XXXX Using a lost note affidavit, no discovery, just the hand shake of lawyers and judges. So I would take what wells fargo says with a grain of salt. They would not keep any data that would incriminate them. I do not know why the CFPB believes them weren't they fined billions of dollars. Of course I won't see a of penny it. Maybe then The CFPB will hold wells fargo account for causing millions of foreclosures in a money grab scheme They never told me that I was never eligible for a hamp modification, oops. That was only for FHA mortgages and I had a conventional. Wells fargo is a criminal enterprise causing crimes against humanity. Causing the theft of millions of homes. We should be protected On XX/XX/XXXX when my house was stolen by servicer # 3 XXXX the mortgage wasn't even on my credit report. It was past the statute of limitations. But for some reason the judge and lawyer felt that my rights meant nothing and let servicer # 3 take my home in a foreclosure. They didn't even own it because they paid XXXX $ for it at an auction that no one in my county bothered to tell me about. Why is everyone in cohoots to take our homes. Homes from an Florida XXXX of 36 years that has given her life for the public good. Why were those judges not protecting and let them take my house so we just found out that wells fargo was fined again makes no sense because wells fargo has no records of doing bad things.why would they? Has anyone else tried to contact cfpb? I was wondering how many were told by Wells Fargo you had to be 90 days late in order to apply for a HAMP modification and then lose the documents and dual track you into foreclosure? This losing of my house didn't break me, I don't cry anymore but as a Florida XXXX of 36 years I will retire in 5 years. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to address a dispute regarding a service I was promised but did not receive. I was promised a mentorship on XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX through XXXXXXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2023 I signed a contract where I was promised to be fully mentored on XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX through XXXXXXXX XXXX. I was told I would have a website, LLC, and XXXX XXXX created and marketed for me, none of which was ever received. Shortly after paying for this service and signing the contract I was slowly but surely left in the dark with little to no response on Mentorship, my XXXX advertisements, and was lied to about receiving XXXX XXXX XXXX deals. I was even told on XX/XX/2023 by the owner of " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' that paid the fee of {$5000.00} I would receive {$25000.00} - {$50000.00} a month in revenue. After signing the contract on XX/XX/2023 I was instructed to send {$2500.00} through XXXX for XXXX ads and another {$2500.00} after the contract was signed. Then I was instructed to send another {$3500.00} through XXXX and {$500.00} through XXXX for the weekly mentorship I was promised. I was told through text messages that I still obtain that I had received 2 XXXX XXXX XXXX deals and with another {$5000.00} the team at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would be able to get {$50000.00} in revenue. I never received the weekly Mentorship I was promised nor was I given any advice on how to begin my XXXX XXXX XXXX venture. An LLC was never created for me, nor landing pages or any XXXX advertisements / XXXX advertisements. I received a phone call XX/XX/2023 from XXXX XXXX the owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked by him to borrow another {$5000.00} that would be returned me the next day as he was " in an emergency '' and couldn't " access any bank accounts at the moment ''. Trusting the guidance and word of said, XXXX XXXX I sent over another {$5000.00}. Shortly after this, I reached out in response to not having received any advice, mentorship, XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX ads or anything else I was promised. After this happened, I directly told, XXXX XXXX that I did not want to continue with mentorship or anything regarding the XXXX XXXX XXXX process. This individual agreed to refund and also return the extra money I had given to help with said emergency. I was told on XX/XX/2023 that this individual was " Running to the bank transferring money '' to pay me said money back, to which I never heard a response back. Everyday since I reached out through text messages and phone calls to which I only got responses back like " You don't need to worry I got you tomorrow ''. I reached out constantly regarding the money and my concern for not wanting to continue the agreement. Stating that I only wanted the money back that I had spent for said XXXX advertisements ( {$5000.00} ) and the additional {$5000.00} I spent to help individual in Emergency. I was at this point told " Yeah I gon na go pick up {$50000.00} right now. On the plane ''. From this point I did not receive any response after reaching out several times through text messages and phone calls until Monday XX/XX/2023. I was given the response " yes bro I had to go get some cash ''. My response to this was " How do I know you won't just run off '', and my response I received from that was " Bro XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX you know I won't ''. From this exact day I pleaded with said individual asking when was an exact time I would be able to receive my money back. And I also stated that I would not have invested nor helped said individual if I had known these problems would've occurred. I also stated " you're literally scamming what's the deal? '' on XX/XX/2023. To which I received a screenshot of individuals bank login screen stating that they had been locked out of their bank account because I reported them for scamming. This was in regards to hearing nothing back about any contract, said agreement or money that was agreed to be returned. The response I got was " Bro I'm in XXXX and I can't even take money out of my bank account you reported me for scamming. Can't access my business accounts either to pay my employees. So I'm kinda XXXX right now. Once I access the account I will pay you. '' I then stated " yeah because you're full of XXXX you have way too much money to not be able to pay me back {$5000.00}. You are scamming, what do you mean? And I need that contract you sent to me. '' Stating this to let the individual know I would be proceeding with legal action. In response I was told " I don't need to scam bro I would never do that. Just wait for Wells Fargo to unlock my XXXX. '' I then proceeded to message the assistant of company about said situation as she was the person who wrote and sent me the contract through email. In response to that I was told, " Bro I will send you the contract but you have to stop texting XXXX ( assistant ) she has nothing to do with this and saying I'm trying to scam you like XXXX now you got her crying and XXXX bro. I don't need to scam you I make enough money. '' In response to this I said " We will see. I have the contract now and I'm contacting whoever I can about it. Including my lawyer XXXX that. You've been avoiding me since I sent that last {$5000.00}. That XXXX isn't professional at all, I don't know what you have going on but I looked out because you sounded like you needed that money. You're literally on some scamming XXXX, you should have sent me at least {$5000.00} back. I said I don't want any deals I want out and you have been avoiding me. '' I was then told in response to that " Bro you can do whatever you want bash my name get a lawyer but I'm not scamming you. As soon as I get my Wells Fargo XXXX figured out I will give you your money. And the deal I'm not like that. '' My response, " I don't want the deal I want all of the money I gave you back, what do you mean? How do you make all of this but can't send me the {$5000.00} you said you would the next day back? '' And in response to that I was told " Ight that's fine I can't login to my accounts they're locked because you reported me as a scammer. I have to go into a Wells Fargo bank show the contract and they will undo my account ''. To which my last response was " I literally told you on the phone I only wanted the exact amount of money I gave you back. You said 'no bro I'll double it ' now look. '' All this is to state the constant lies and game said individual is running, to show all apart of a scheme and money was never planned to be returned nor services fulfilled. Im making this complaint in hopes of getting reimbursement as this not fair and I was completely wronged. I do appreciate the time and effort all of this brings, as I am only hoping for compensation.

Wells Fargo issued me a provisional credit. Afterwards, the called me only once, and sent out one letter. They did not ask me for further evidence to support my claim. They sided with XXXX, a company that is known to abuse and treat their staff and clients with XXXX, cruely. I continued to bank with Wells Fargo through all of the shot they put clients through. During the Pandemic, I was the sole caregiver for XXXX XXXX people who were seriously ill, while recovering from long haul. I lost work due to health issues and XXXX from long haul XXXX. Stresses from dealing with Wells Fargo, has my health even worse. Wells Fargo reversed the provisional credit on my account and garnished XXXX weeks worth of pay on my account. They put me in the negative for almost XXXX. I was left in a emergency situation. Since then, they refuse to refund me back my money and have been absolutely terrible. I've had to deal with lies and bullying from this shady and unethical business. Absolutely heartbroken. Wells Fargo, your day of reckoning is coming. Wait and see.

Consumer Complaint: I went into Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX to make a deposit on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I deposit two checks totaling {$120.00}. The teller accepted my two checks and asked me to confirm deposit on pin pad outside his window. I noticed the amount was correct and was getting ready to confirm and told him I wanted email receipt and he said wait a minute. He then touched his computer screen and said its ok now. I then touched the pad to confirm. After I got home I checked my email because it was unusual for them to say wait a minute and touch their screen. As a result I noticed my deposit reflected {$100.00} and said less {$20.00} cash. I immediately contact the XXXX number and filed a complaint. I asked them to review the footage and they will see the transaction on camera and noticed there was no cash back given to me. The bank sent me a letter that they had completed their review and did not give me back my {$20.00}. I contacted the XXXX office in XXXX XXXX and asked them to review the footage to confirm. I also contacted the branch XXXX XXXX XXXX and he was unprofessional and said no multi XXXX XXXX XXXX would review footage for {$20.00}. He was not concerned if his employee was stealing money from customers. i am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I need my money. look at the camera is all that is needed to confirm this request. the bank only verify a tellers draw at the end of the day and see no overage and say there was no problem. If the teller put the money in his pocket obviously thee will be no overage in his draw. look at the camera the transaction was made at XXXX XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX at the Wells Fargo XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX

I am continually getting harassing emails and phone calls as it relates to payments being late. Wells Fargo can not clearly explain, what is reported to the credit reporting agencies? Late by the due date OR late according to the Billing cycle. Customer service can not answer nor clarify this question.
