Consumer Complaint: On several occasions XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX I have contactedXX/XX/XXXX and Lexis Nexus in regards to reporting inaccurate information. I included documentation where I do not have a bankruptcy and that Lexis Nexus has reported this without proper verification and stated that it was public information and that they received the information with the courts. I obtained a letter from that court and they stated that they did not provide any such information and provided me the letter verifying that they did not do so. I sent all the documentation in and all bureaus listed refuse to delete this off my credit report. I researched the laws and regulations and it states that in order for an account to be reported on a credit profile it must report 100 % accurate information or be deleted. The account number that is listed is invalid it is not an original account number and can not even be verified. the law states that the original account number must be provided and have no asterisks and anything inaccurate reporting. The account number has been compromised and is invalid. There is no way they have performed a proper investigation or they would have seen these errors. They have refused to delete it.

There is no way they have performed a proper investigation or they would have seen these errors. They have refused to delete it.

Consumer Complaint: I tried to reach Lexis Nexis to correct adverse information on my credit report regarding my auto policy lapses. I have provided the proof from insurance companies to show there was no policy lapses at all. This has been going on for 4 months now and the customer support keeps saying that they sent letter to reflect the corrected information which I have not received in over 45 days or so. Their XXXX report management and incorrect consumer risk information is resulting in paying more premium than what I should. I have made more than a half dozen phone calls and wasted over 3 days or so far providing proofs, gathering receipts and talking to the agents. My wife and son are part of my policy and their information is also being reported incorrectly. This company is very unprofessional and lazy in in correcting or responding to and correcting their mistakes. My family is being penalized for promptly paying the premiums and maintaining up to date coverage.

Consumer Complaint: I sent LexisNexis a letter asking for their method of verification for the Bankruptcy that they reported to the Credit Bureaus that is listed on my credit reports. I simply want LexisNexis to tell me how they obtained the Bankruptcy information they reported to the Credit Bureaus. I called LexisNexis about a week ago to see what the status was, and they informed me that they had received my letter, and they are waiting for a response from the source they used to obtain the information. LexisNexis received my letter on XX/XX/2021, and all they had to do is tell me where they got the Bankruptcy information from they reported on my Credit Report, which they should already know, it does not take over 30 days to do that! the tracking USPS number that proves LexisNexis received my letter on XXXX is, XXXX. Once again LexisNexis, I'm asking for your method of verification please, how did you obtain the bankruptcy information you reported to my credit reports? My drivers license and social security card is attached in the uploads for proof of identification.
