I received XXXX letter asking that i verify jy identity, which i returned promptly, Did not hear anything form them again. This events happened in and around XX/XX/2020. At the beginning of this year i sent in a request for my credit report. Again. I did NOT hear form them - over 3 months ago.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX Senior Personal Lines Underwriter XXXX XXXX notified me XX/XX/XXXX that Lexis Nexis provided XXXX an insurance score at some point in the spring of XXXX on which basis my home insurance premium was raised according to my agent by over 10 % starting in XX/XX/XXXX. However, the information disclosed in the XXXX notice indicates false information is being propagated by Lexis Nexis since no negative activity occurred that could have been reported during this period, and yet no ability to receive any information from Lexis Nexis has been demonstrated to date. After filing a CFPB complaint, Lexis Nexis sent on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX their first ever contact attempt. They were responded to on their electronic messaging system at XX/XX/XXXX the same day at XXXX XXXX. Lexis Nexis rep. XXXX confirmed my identifiers had been received as requested on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX on their same messaging system. Exactly 2 weeks later they sent a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX to the CFPB stating I had failed to respond at all to request for additional identification and that my complaint was considered closed on their end. Otherwise and continuing through today, they have still sent no response to multiple website form submittals, three letters written requesting my credit report or insurance score information mailed in large print to their address given by XXXX, or the nearly 20 phone calls starting with first contact XX/XX/XXXX. I have no ability to " correct '' Lexis Nexis ' false information without having the opportunity to see what information on me they are selling without my permission and without being able to get a copy of my credit report after 8 months of trying to do so. Here are the dates on which we contacted Lexis Nexis by phone at the number provided by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Here are the dates on which the letters were mailed to Lexis Nexis at the address provided by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX requesting credit report and insurance score in accordance with CFPB guidance : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has been requested 4 times to provide alternative contact information for Lexis Nexis to receive the credit report or any of the adverse information used to increase my premium. Since Lexis Nexis repeatedly hangs up on XXXX XXXX XXXX every contact attempt by phone, do not respond at all to mail inquiries and fail to even respond to further follow-up using the electronic messaging system provided after the CFPB complaint failed to achieve any result other than to catch them in an abject lie about my failure to respond to their request.

Consumer Complaint: I received a response from Lexis Nexis from my complaint on XX/XX/2021, from Lexis Nexis on XX/XX/2021, it stated the Bankruptcy case was REMOVED, from Ms. XXXX 's profile. Then I get a letter in the mail dated XX/XX/2021, and got it in mail XX/XX/2021, stated that reinvestigation was verified. I am not understating how the information was verified. Especially now when LexisNexis is inaccurately reporting information from unverified source even when the courts stated they don't not report any files to any credit agencies. I called LexisNexis XX/XX/2021, when I received the document, regarding the results and information regarding file, I called and spoke with representative, name XXXX stating that there was not any information on my file regarding documentation that LexisNexis had responded as of XX/XX/2021 to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You're required to obtain verification from the DATA FURNISHER and the court told me that they don't verify with you, so HOW is anything else considered legal verification? I am including the document that was sent to me XX/XX/2021.

Our house insurance XXXX XXXX XXXX uses LexisNexis and they keep sending back they have no information on my husband but have not sent anything on me. The letter we received from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reads that a list of factors ( derived from your credit history ) that had the most impact in reducing our score. The 2nd item listed is # of AUTO FINANCE ACCOUNTS ESTABLISHED REDUCING. We requested our credit reports from all three Credit Bureau and they only show one auto loan and that was paid off inXX/XX/2014. We would like for them to send the report that they sent XXXX XXXX XXXX so we can see what other auto loans they are seeing. This report has cost us more in house insurance. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I contacted Lexis Nexis via telephone to dispute the Bankruptcy listed on my consumer disclosure report. I was told that the Bankruptcy was verified through the courts On XX/XX/2021, I contacted Lexis Nexis at XXXX and spoke with XXXX I asked XXXX about the status of dispute concerning the Bankruptcy listed on my file. She said that Lexis Nexis contacted the Bankruptcy Court in XXXX and said that Bankruptcy Court verified it. I told her how could XXXX XXXX verify this public record when the policy from the Courts of the court not to report or provide information to credit bureaus or third party agencies like Lexis Nexis. When I confronted XXXX, she tried to change her story and say Lexis Nexis verified the Bankruptcy through other 3rd parties to which she did not name or could not name. It was very evident that there is a breakdown in the truth and the information is not truthful that is coming from Lexis Nexis. But how if the courthouse does not communicate with any credit bureaus ( LexisNexus is governed and regulated by the FCRA )? I find this information false, misleading, and should be removed from my Lexis Nexis Consumer Disclosure File. Under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ( iii ). Which states that : a consumer may request a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available * The Bankruptcy Case Number listed on my Lexis Nexis is not correct.
