Consumer Complaint: bankruptcy being reported on credit report, I asked XXXX and XXXX to verify how they obtained this information since the Wisconsin bankruptcy court does not provide court cases to 3rd parties, I do had that in writing. I then contacted pacer since it was a public record and pacer does not provide this information to credit reporting agencies. XXXX and XXXX stated that Lexis Nexus provided them with this information I contacted lexis nexus and the rep told me that Lexis nexus does not share information with credit bureaus only insurance companies, but refused to provide me that information in writing, Their calls are recorded. I was not disputing the bankruptcy only that is should not be report to ANY credit bureaus and needed to be removed ASAP. at this point i am ready to take legal action against these companies for not providing me a proper means of verifying this information, who or how it got on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I received a reinvestigation letter dated XX/XX/2021 response from LexisNexis case XXXX regarding incorrect address and the Bankruptcy, stating the information was VERIFIED. I had requested a Legal Method of Verification of DATA FURNISHER for the Bankruptcy, which I didn't received. I received a document response through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on XX/XX/2021, from LEXISNEXIS that Ms. XXXX 's profile was REMOVED. But I keep getting letters in the mail from LEXISNEXIS stating all their investigations are all VERIFIED, I am not understating how the information was legally verified. Especially now when LexisNexis is inaccurately reporting information within their company of my records they have on file, from unverified sources, even when the courts stated they don't report any Bankruptcy files to any credit reporting agencies. I am including the documentation that was sent to me XX/XX/2021.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to lexisnexis on XX/XX/XXXX to inform them that I had an investigation in process with XXXX disputing a chapter XXXX bankruptcy dismissal and the results came back verified through Lexisnexis. Informing Lexisnexis of the investigation and the out come ending in a verified accurate status they stated that they would contact XXXX to remove and delete the bankruptcy because it was deleted in their records. I spoke with Lexisnexis rep on phone explaining that XXXX claimed they completed an investigation also they claimed Lexisnexis was the furnisher of informatiom who verified the data. Prior towards XXXX starting their investigation I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating the bankruptcy in your records was removed. How was XXXX able to verify this information after it was deleted in Lexisnexis data 4 months prior of XXXX starting their investigation on XX/XX/XXXX while claiming the investigation was completed and verified by Lexisnexis by on XX/XX/XXXX. I would like to know if XXXX contacted Lexisnexis and did their due diligence to confirm the accuracy or did they just recklessly violate my rights without an investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX I also spoke to XXXX rep explaining that I just got off the phone with Lexisnexis stating they would contact XXXX to remove and delete the bankruptcy. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX rep and during our call he stated if Lexisnexis confirms it's not in their records they would remove and delete it. I am Holding Lexisnexis accountable to contacting XXXX to verify the chapter XXXX bankruptcy was deleted from their reports and confirming they are not the furnishers of the bankruptcy data.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I XXXX XXXX disputed several inaccurate items on my LexisNexis Disclosure Disclosure file. One item in particular stood out in the XXXX XXXX XXXX by a business named XXXX XXXX. The name also associated with this business did not associate with me as well. These items were disputed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well. LexisNexis said in the response letter to myself and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that the item in question which is XXXX MARKETING was in fact removed from my credit file but upon reviewing an up to date LexisNexis Credit Report dated on XX/XX/XXXX LexisNexis has committed a reinsertion violation by re-inserting XXXX MARKETING back onto my file. They not only re-inserted the derogatory item back on my file, but they did not notify me in writing within XXXX business days as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
