Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 I tried to pay my mortgage late. It was denied and XXXX XXXX Loans put me in the COVID CARE ACT refusing to accept XXXX/XXXX payments, marked late on my credit reports, sold the loan to XXXX XXXX as a refinance raising my monthly mortgage payments, sold to HUD with a Partial Deed of Trust. I have had my credit repair company work with me in sending XXXX XXXX XXXX monthly letters for six months with NO reply or repair on my credit reports. When my home went into contract to sell the property in XXXX the Partial Deed of Trust showed up on the title records to the property with payment to be made in full to the Deed Claim. The refused payments were made to XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2020 along with the XXXX payment to bring the mortgage current. XXXX also made several attempts to understand the split of the loan and could not get communication from XXXX. I have mailed letters to the Secretary of State, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and CFPB by certified mail and am still waiting for a report on financial facts proving my statement as NOT owing the Partial Deed of Trust. I am nor was in Bankruptcy. I am nor was in Short Sale. I am nor was in Foreclosure. WHAT I AM is Homeless with cash to buy my next property and can not get a loan due to the false reporting of XXXX XXXX loans on my credit reports!

Consumer Complaint: Getting very frustrated about this whole situation already. Clearly abuse of the system with failure to verify a bankruptcy. Which I have already disputed and put in a complaint on XX/XX/21 # XXXX where it was attached and confirmed that it would be removed. But XXXX and XXXX are still reporting this account and stating it is verified Attached will show the copy of the complaints and responses I still have gotten and updated file from Lexis Nexis either since I requested with the information I sent by mail. I disputed, asked them to investigate and give me the source of the information and kept running me in circles asking for another disclosure here and just saying it was verified and not providing any information and anytime I asked they would say they needed another disclosure. I want a full revised report sent to me from Lexis Nexis. I want them to send the removal notice to XXXX and XXXX to delete these items. XXXX has not responded to a single dispute and keep giving me run arounds. This is completely unacceptable. It is my right per the FCRA to properly investigate items within a reasonable timeframe or remove it. Now how are they investigating items if I have a paper saying it was removed from my file but still almost 2 months later it is still listed. Before anyone get this complaint and claims to be unable to help due to verification please look at the attached items where my " CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE WITH ADDRESS IS INCLUDED, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND A COPY OF A RECENT BANK STATEMENT. ''

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and in XXXX I had to file Chapter XXXX. It was the only way to save my home, I am the only person working in my house. I have children and my wife to provide for. I do understand that my credit has to undergo the worse scenario, but I know time heals. My insurance went up like crazy due to a report received by LexisNexis Consumer Center in XXXX. I understand that, but around XXXX my credit started to get better and better. I opened new credit cards, my mortgage payments were on time, I had a stable job, etc. I noticed that my car and house policies increased in price. Then, at the end of my policy renovation, I saw an explanation from my insurance company with the reason why my policy was going up in the first place ( due to the report from LexisNexis ). My agent told me to contact them and see if they can fix the problem. I contacted them and they sent me a huge report with my credit history, saying that there is nothing they can do because my record was updated at that time. I was saddened and upset by the situation. All I thought about was if it even was possible to fix this situation, eventually, I let it pass. Today, I rechecked my policy renovation and again I noticed the same negative report of my credit history. It demonstrated the same misleading information that was supposed to be fixed. I say that because I have an account with XX/XX/XXXX the credit bureau, which monitors my credit. I also protect my social security and as well as my family 's. My credit now is very different from what it was in XXXX and even in XXXX. I realized that I had to converse with the customer representative from my insurance company. I spoke to the underwriter and she told me that the employees from Lexis Nexis never updated my reports, even when I asked them in XXXX to do so. When I explained my situation to her, she decided to remove LexisNexis from my insurance policies, and right away my premium went down almost {$1600.00} per year. Again, she stated that this report never got updated since XXXX, but when I submitted a request to update my records, LexisNexis told me that it was updated, which was completely untrue. The damage done to my familial economy by this situation is inexcusable, simply because of the incompetence of this company. The company lied and never made my results up to date, which caused havoc and extreme difficulty to reestablish my family and I 's life again.

Consumer Complaint: I've contacted LexisNexis daily since my dispute was filed as we're waiting on my credit report to be updated so we can get a home loan. I made sure my public record was updated ( the satisfaction of judgement paperwork was not initially submitted to the court ) and sent a copy to LexisNexis along with the satisfaction of judgement paperwork and copy of the check I sent. We're now at day 34 and the " investigation team '' has not once replied to a request from the contact center. I'm beyond frustrated as their investigation should've taken less than 5 minutes yet they haven't even bothered to provide one update.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 1st letter, and 2nd Letter on XX/XX/2021. I mailed a letter to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and Lexis Nexis about the Bankruptcy that's reporting on my Consumer Report about the inaccurate and inconsistencies that's on my Consumer Report. I sent a Demand to Comply and that was my 2nd notice to the bureaus. Today is XX/XX/2021 so that's over 70 days. I don't understand why I haven't received any letters in reference to my Letter. This is unacceptable and against my consumer rights. Since this has been over 30 days and outside of the allowed time for a response and they never put a notice of Dispute on my Consumer Report this Bankruptcy must be removed because of 4 of the Bureaus are in Violation of my Consumer Rights. Please remove/delete this Bankruptcy from my Consumer Profile. It's time to hold these Bureaus responsible for their errors and violations to Consumer Profiles.

I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens MO 281 SW 715, 719. I presume no proof of the alleged bankruptcy, therefore any such debt, in fact exists.

Consumer Complaint: am truly losing my patience with the credit bureaus and how difficult it is to get something resolved. There are no humans beings doing the work all computers and still nothing being done There is a Bankruptcy that I have sent to all 3 credit bureaus to dispute and 1. they never sent a notice of dispute to Lexis Nexis as they should and just keep saying they have verified it. 2. LexisNexis has continuously ignore my request on how the information is being verified or respond to it When I pull the report XXXX reference is XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX is XXXX. There have been no compliance codes added to XXXX or XXXX reports showing there was even an investigation in the first place on XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX Report and XX/XX/XXXX but now its gone and still no response from any of the Credit Bureaus or Lexis Nexis Complaint was filed with Lexis Nexis on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I sent Lexis a dispute, XX/XX/XXXX they sent me a disclosure form I filled out and responded to by email at also sent it via regular mail. XX/XX/XXXX Responded that my account was verified and accurate using consumer # XXXX and case # XXXX which seem really fast to investigate this information in the first place XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter back to Lexis asking them to reinvestigate and provide me the source of where they are getting the information and how it is they are verifying it is accurate. Under the FCRA resellers must provide the information within 5 business days of receiving the notice. This letter was also certified # XXXX that was received on XX/XX/XXXX. After no response from Lexis Nexis I come here to the CFPB to make a complaint # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Where I attached all the information and documents so they have no more excuses. in which I got an Email from XXXX saying they needed my identity information which has been sent on many occasions along with the disclosure form filled out, valid driver 's license and a full completed compete of my W-2 form that shows my full social security number and the same address as listed on my drivers license. But yet again I still sent a hard copy DIRECTLY to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX certified # XXXX that shows it was received on XX/XX/XXXX. But on XX/XX/XXXX there was an attached added to the complaint she updated an attachment stating that I have told her that I had identity theft and that she provided me a packet to fill out which is complete FALSE and never claimed that or received anything. Attached I have included all the letters sent to Lexis Nexis along with the copies of the mail receipts, valid Ids, disclosure forms and all the letters that have been sent and received. After closure of the complaint there was notice sent from Lexis Nexis in which I have attached -Date of the letter XX/XX/XXXX Consumer # XXXX will investigate and get back with me NO RESPONSE -Date of letter XX/XX/XXXX Consumer # XXXX Case # XXXX asking me to fill out the form yet again because they can not authenticate me? WHAT? I have gotten another disclosure why now I cant? The forms have been sent multiple times also the letter on dated XX/XX/XXXX saying they will research and get back to me. Today is XX/XX/XXXX there has been no update on this and also sent an email directly to XXXX XXXX with all the documents on XX/XX/XXXX and still no response.
