Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing two bankruptcies on my credit reports I reached out to the court and was told they haven't talked to any bureau and they sent me a letter saying so I've been trying for over a year to get them off and its causing me terrible hardship I reached out to the XXXX XXXX provider Lexisnexis because XXXX told me to do so and they deleted one of them but the bureaus won't even after Lexisnexis sent them letters but Lexisnexis and the bureaus still need to delete the other one and they won't send me the information where they're saying they are verifying it from

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is for Lexis Nexis and customer service representative XXXX. I just sent 28 minutes with XXXX on the phone from XXXX on XX/XX/2021. During the phone call XXXX gave me erroneous information and when I point things out to her she attempted to change the facts. I have spoken with XXXX on several different occasions and as recent as of Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX. I called to check on dispute of bankuptcy listed on my Lexis Nexis report. She said that Lexis Nexis is contacting the " Courts ''. I find that odd because it is not the practice of the US Bankruptcy courts to provide information to data furnishers such as Lexis Nexis. XXXX went on to say that my dispute was started in XX/XX/XXXX. I challenged her on that because I emailed Lexis Nexis on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and I have a reported date XX/XX/XXXX that the Bankruptcy was disputed on XX/XX/XXXX. She went on to say that I requested a dispute to the bankruptcy listed on my credit reports. To which I told her I did not to that because there were no bankruptcy listed on my credit reports at the time. I told her that Lexis Nexis initiated these disputes on their own accord without my knowledge and permission. I then requested to speak to a supervisor to which she told me a supervisor would call me back in 24 hrs. I find that odd because Lexis Nexis is closed on the weekends.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexus refuses to correct the information they somehow connected to me. i have tried numerous time since 2009 to correct my credeit reports. the 3 agencies have fixed all the errors but LN has never responded and I am having problems again. And these companies use LN. I have presented my credit reports to banks, credit unions and card companies but they use Lexis Nexis and they are wrong but will not correct the records. Because of them my identity has been stolen twice. I filed bankruptcy both times but LN is at it again. Because of them i am paying very high credit rates. Because of them i can not bank online because the credit union uses LN. I am not sure why or how they stay in business but when it comes tome to vote to no longer allow the credit agencies to be used i will vote them out.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis is violating my right to Privacy as a Federally Protected Consumer, Original Creditor, Principal and Authorized Representative on all accounts created by my seal/signature, FCRA and FDCP statutes by violating my right to privacy. I am NOT opting out of this company because I have never contacted them, never signed any contract with them. 15USC. Code 1681 - Congressional findings ( a ) Accuracy and fairness of Credit Reporting The Congress makes the following findings : ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. 15 U.S. Code 1692 b Communication with third parties. Consumer Complaint: All accounts must be verifiable that are on your credit report. I have reached out to LexisNexis on multiple occasions to get information on a Bankruptcy that XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are reporting on my credit report which is completely inaccurate. XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I got a letter from LexisNexis stating they are unable to find a file that matches my information. So why is this Bankruptcy still on my credit report? How is XXXX, XXXX and XXXX verifying this information? On XX/XX/XXXX I again asked for a file from LexisNexis and still have gotten no response. Along with a letter that was sent to them on XX/XX/XXXX. Per the FCRA resellers reporting information must provide the information and the source of the information within 5 days of getting the dispute and provide all information within 20 days. As well as the Credit reporting companies are required to send notice to LexisNexis where they will be required to notify me and add the notice of dispute. My assumption is that the Credit Reporting agencies have not sent a notice of dispute to even begin the investigation. All attachments of the letters responses will be attached in this complaint along with a copy of my Drivers License and W2 form that provides all the verifying information needed XXXX results were incomplete and missing on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX results shows the date it was updated was XX/XX/XXXX so how was this account ever reinvestigated with a date of updated in XXXX XXXX results just show it remains and is updated but the last update was on XX/XX/XXXX so how was this investigated and updated in XXXX. If LexisNexis Certified this information is correct then where is the copy to be sent to me?

Consumer Complaint: Related to case # XXXX Although the resolution for my dispute was to remove the satisfied judgement from my record, the same judgment appeared 3 times on my report and LexisNexis only removed 1. I called daily throughout the 36 days it took to receive a resolution, and multiple times the reps assured me that all 3 instances would be removed since they have the same case filing number. Now LexisNexis is stating they 30 days for the resolution though it's the same piece of information they've already provided a resolution for.
