Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: I was surprised and appalled to find out that third parties are reporting bankruptcy to the credit bureaus. I was erroneously led to believe that it was the court house and/or XXXX who were reporting to the credit bureaus. So I sent a letter asking how each entity obtained this information. In return, I was told various things from public record or the court court house. I immediately looked into this and learned that the NEITHER the Court House NOR the Pacer systems reports to third parties or the credit bureaus. Therefore these companies fished for information from public records. They then used the fished information to turn a supposed bankruptcy from a private matter to a public matter, which is a direct violation of my consumer rights. I did not authorize any third party reporting of supposed bankruptcy. Furthermore, the claim that the Courthouse or Pacer reported the information to a third party or a credit bureau is fraud. I demand that the supposed bankruptcy and any accounts associated with it, be removed from my consumer file, immediately. Furthermore, I demand that other third parties and three credit bureaus follow suit.

Consumer Complaint: I originally reached out to the company Lexis Nexis on XX/XX/21 as a consumer i was concerned about how they are able to report my private personal information to people without ever having my consent. They told me that they got my information from a site called PACER and then sent my information to the three credit bureaus which is damaging my reputation, my credit and causing me stress. How can they expose my private information to all these companies without my permission, or ever even notifying me that they were selling my private information. I asked them to remove my information and they told me NO bc it is public information. There is no way that a personal private matter like mine can be in the public for anyone to see. I asked the courts if they shared my information with anyone and they stated NO. Lexis Nexis has viloated my rights.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has committed multiple FCRA and FDCPA violations by reporting multiple alleged, invalidated debts in their system for my consumer report dated as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent documentation showing proof of these inaccurate accounts that they have listed along with proof of XXXX violations multiple times via regular mail and via electronically. XXXX has responded by blatantly lying when they responded via a notice to me via mail stating that they could not locate my consumer file in their database. This is not true as I have spoken to them via phone on multiple dates including XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and on both calls, a XXXX representative was able to locate my consumer file in their database. XXXX also lied in their response to both of my previous CFPB complaints when they stated that their were filing disputes regarding the documentation that I submitted to them. They have completely ignored my requests to remove all of these inaccurate accounts and are ignoring my CFPB complaints for resolution as well. XXXX was already in violation specifically of 15 USC 1681, 15 USC 1692, and 15 USC 6802. But now they are also in direct violation of 15 USC 6821 as they know that they are intentionally disclosing false, fictitious, and fraudulent information in their database with respect to them continuing to report the following accounts : The XXXX XXXX XXXX Derogatory / Collection / Charge-off XXXX XXXX - Derogatory / Collection / Charge-off XXXX XXXX Derogatory / Collection / Charge-off XXXX XXXX - Derogatory Chapter XXXX & XXXX Bankruptcy Public Records
