Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing fraud accounts on my credit report since XX/XX/2020. I keep sending multiple sets of letters to the bureaus and the creditors so the excuse of " we didn't get it '' doesn't happen. Furthermore, each letter is certified mail with tracking and each letter shows signed and delivered and yet the bureaus are still not taking any actions. The accounts are not showing in dispute nor are they removed from my report. The accounts always show up with different name variations and different account number variations and yet the bureaus seem to ignore the trend and let these fraud accounts affect my credit score. I have requested the investigation to be initiated and also verifiable proof to be submitted should the account claim to be mine. Not only have I not received any mail showing the verifiable proofs needed to justify the accounts to be on my report, I haven't even received any letters at all stating the investigations have begun. Per the FCRA and federal law, the process is supposed to be 30 days. 250 days later, I'm still here shelling out money for certified mail with no end in sight and no results to show. This is my last option before I take this up with my lawyers and sue for full compensations and damages incurred. Finally, it seems that when these complaints are submitted, the bureaus are using the excuse that they " can't confirm my identity '' to get away with taking no actions on my credit report. Please investigate this as well.

Consumer Complaint: I am disputing the items listed below in Sections 1 10 of the Lexis Nexis Consumer Report. I am respectfully requesting that Lexis Nexius remove these entries from my consumer report, as they are either not me, time-barred, or not associated with any of my active accounts or credit inquiries made within the last 10 years. I have attached legal documents, ranging from XXXX, that shows the name and address that belongs to me. Included are the following documents : GA drivers license, I.R.S., State of Georgia Dept of Revenue, SS #, bank, insurance, bankruptcy court paper, employment XXXX, auto purchase contracts, student loan, property tax and assessment, XXXX car note, and 2 rent-to-own agreements. The cars and furniture rental agreements are the ONLY purchases that I have made within the last 10 years where a credit check was performed. Lexis Nexis list 71 names/addresses records in my report ; of the 71 only 2 records are accurate records 50 and 59. I have lived at my current address, listed above, for the past 18 years ( XXXX ) ; it should be the only address listed in your report. In addition, my name is listed SO MANY different ways in your report, names that I have NEVER used, names that do NOT belong to me. The same thing with the addresses, your report lists my childhood address from XXXX, I was XXXX XXXX XXXX ( A MINOR CHILD ) living in my fathers house. The duplication and inaccuracy of your reporting makes the report very confusing and almost impossible to review. Most of the records DOES NOT contain a SS # or date of birth I was wondering how XXXX XXXX determined they belonged to me? The report lists 40 inquiries from XXXX XXXX XXXX ; 30 of the records contain dates and 10 records do not. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX and spoke with the Underwriting Dept and asked them why they inquiry so many times. I spoke with a rep named XXXX, who confirmed that in the past year, XXXX XXXX XXXX has only inquired 4 times and that was on my renewal dates : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I realize that these are soft inquiries that I only see ; however, I would like them removed as they are inaccurate, and XXXX XXXX XXXX DID NOT make them.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to LexisNexis about the illegally and unlawfully erroneous accounts they are selling to other bureaus. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purpose of consumer reports ( a ) IN GEREAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstance and no other : ( 2 ) in accordance with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. I was never notified in writing or any other communication and I am appalled that these sneaky reporting agencies are sneaking around buying and selling information to determine a persons worth. I demand that these accounts be removed immediately.
