I have sent in multiple letter regarding this public record on my credit report. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX i also received a response from XXXX regarding the erroneous item on my credit report, each time the item came back as " verified ''. I've asked how the item was verified the only response I have got was the item was " verified ''. up on further investigation on XXXX. Based on the information I gathered on the website it was " LexisNexis '' that furnished the erroneous item to XXXX. This was taken directly from XXXX 's website " For bankruptcy public records collected through XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX obtained information about your bankruptcy from third-party vendor, LexisNexis. XXXX I then again contacted LexisNexis about the bankruptcy reporting on my credit report and there respond was " the item is not on my consumer report ''. Now I'm lost for words. Based on XXXX 's website, LexisNexis reported that unverified information to XXXX. The date my credit report was updated by XXXX was XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis are deceitful liars. I demanded they stop furnishing a bankruptcy that they were unable to verify as I have a letter from the court stating that they did not furnish information to any reporting agency. I also demanded a security freeze. I received a letter with a pin number for my security freeze. Then I received a letter stating they could not authenticate my identity to remove the unverifiable information, thus continuing to violate my consumer rights. They are liars because they were able to authenticate my identity with my drivers license and utility bill for the security freeze but somehow can not for the violation of my rights. I demand LexisNexis stop furnishing information about me and delete the unverified bankruptcy immediately.

Consumer Complaint: The cfpb did not help me as the consumer with the previous case only closed my case. I will be filling a complaint for cfpb not helping which is your job. This is a contuning problem. Lexis nexis continues to report my personal information that they fraudulently acquired for finical gain. Which is idendty theft. Thsi company infringed upon my privacy by collecting my personal information from XXXX to sell it to other reporting agencies. USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). This company is obtaning information under false pretenses. The information they are digging up and reselling is not what they are supposed to use XXXX for. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681q Lexis Nexis is giving my personal information away non authorized disclosure to multiple other companies which is a violation. 15 USC 1681r. 620FCRA I am holding this company civil liable for willful noncompliance 15 USC 1681n. 616-FCRA in the event of a knowing violation, which constitutes a pattern or practice of violation of this title, the federal trade commission may commence a civil action to recover a civil penalty in a district court of the United States aganist any person that violates this title. In such action, such person shall be liable for a civil penality of not more than {$2500.00} per violation.

Consumer Complaint: We were with XXXX XXXX for Auto Insurance when I was involved in an accident XXXX. About a block from our home, a pizza delivery driver backed out of a neighbor 's yard ( not driveway ) as I was driving ( with a passenger ) by on the way home. I did not see them until just as we collided. I did everything to avoid the collision and ended up stopping my car on the left shoulder of the street after collision. The Deputy gave the pizza lady a ticket and said it was plainly her fault. My Friend that was riding in my car confirmed the fault was strictly the pizza driver, of which she moved her car trying to change the situation. When XXXX XXXX was allowing the fault to be a small part on my responsibility, we vehemently disputed it and changed insurance companies to XXXX, who gave us a better rate. We had been with XXXX XXXX since XXXX! Now XXXX has raised their rates to XXXX XXXXXXXX for my XXXX XXXX and my XXXX 's XXXX XXXX, which is ridiculous! We want to change to XXXX, since my Husband is a Veteran, however have been told Lexis Nexis shows me partially being at fault for that accident in XXXX and a XXXX incident which was me getting my windshield replaced after having a XXXX XXXX it as I was driving home in a rain storm. We were not aware the windshield replacement was held against us, of which it is not supposed to be. I called Lexis Nexis several weeks ago and left a message for a returned call, as instructed by XXXX. They never called me back, however 2 weeks later, I received a letter with information on how to request the report on line, of which I did. Now it will take several weeks to receive the report so we can dispute this. In the meantime, I am still paying XXXX XXXXXXXX to XXXX which is very much a burden since we are living on Social Security income. How can XXXX XXXX list me at being partial fault when the facts proved otherwise? How does replacing my windshield also go against my record? In XXXX, a deductible isn't ever charged when replacing a windshield. We both have safe driving records and I have only had one speeding ticket in my whole life, of which I am XXXX XXXX XXXX! What is our recourse? Any assistance would very much be appreciated. Thank you so much. XXXX XXXX XXXX
