Consumer Complaint: I previously disputed Lexis Nexis case # XXXX in XX/XX/2022 in regards to an unverified bankruptcy on my credit report. This delinquent account is also reporting on my XXXX credit report. I called LexiNexis today ( XX/XX/2022 ) and was told that the dispute was still in progress and it has been over 30 days from when I disputed it. I also have a letter from the courts stating that they do not report to credit Bureau. The federal law requires them to respond within a 30 day window and they did not.

Consumer Complaint: I have been reaching out to remove a bankruptcy from my credit report for several months now. The company in question, Lexis Nexis, has falsified information as to how they received access to this information, violating the law as a result, and asked them to do the right thing by removing this information from their record, and I have yet to have received a response in over a month. This inconvenience has had a major impact on my life and ability to apply for anything credit related, and I want this removed ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: I have requested my Lexis Nexis Full File Disclosure 6 times. LexisNexis has sent 2 mailings that contain a URL and a PIN to retrieve my report. The first did not work, I called LexisNexis to tell them and they demanded excessive information, that I already sent in. I gave LexisNexis the information and told LN that the PIN did not work. The representative at LexisNexis said she would send my full report via paper ( hard copy ) to avoid this, yet they sent a NEW URL and PIN and the new PIN does not work either. LexisNexis is withholding my information illegally.
