Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I applied though XXXX & XXXX online for their 0 % credit card 18 month credit card which went through the comenity banking for their card. I was then denied the following week due to a incorrect credit score that the reported from a third party known as LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Which is not XXXX of the XXXX recognized agencies. My score was 300 points less than what the recognized agencies reported. I called the number that was provided on the letter and was told that I am wrong and that their agency reports their score 200 points less from the other agencies. I argued with them that according to the XXXX agencies which I have access to my score for free my score is a XXXX, and XXXX and the letter that I received said XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: When applying for automobile insurance my insurance company requested a report from Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions. The report indicates that I had an at fault automobile accident on XXXX XXXX. I was involve in a rear end accident but was the first car at a stop light when a third vehicle struck the vehicle behind me. The police report, which I downloaded, correctly has the other vehicle clearly coded as " at fault ''. Lexis Nexis ' erroneous report has affected my insurance rating. I have made several attempts to contact them with no response.
