Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022, I sent a letter to the US Bankruptcy Court of Arizona asking do they report bankruptcies to the credit bureaus and I got a letter stating, They do not report any bankruptcies to anybody. So, if thats the case. How did the credit bureaus verify my bankruptcy as 100 % Accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC 1681. 15 USC 1681 section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information2 on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. They also violated my rights numerous times : The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 USC 1681. According to : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to : 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish account without my written instructions According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis did an unlawful excuse that they can not verify my information, but the report that I received by mail shows that Lexis Nexis didn't remove my negative reports which are being reported/shared without my consent. Violation : 1. 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 1 ) - destroying my reputation 2. 18 U.S. Code 112 - attacking my liberty ( freedom ) as a XXXX national of the XXXX protected person by limiting my access to everything such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and etc because of unlawful negative reports 3. 15 U.S. Code 1692a- pretending to be a bureau. Demanding Cease and Desist to Lexis Nexis Corporation as soon as possible due to unlawful practice 4. 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) - no consent to report and share information 5. 15 U.S. Code 1681- Fair and Accurate Report XXXX. XXXX v. XXXX XXXX XXXX, No. XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) - failed to conduct investigation or correct erroneous credit entries

Consumer Complaint: XXXX tired of going back and forth with lexis nexis about my own privacy. Not only do they continue to report my personal informtation without my consent, they never informed me i have the option to opt-out and grabing my personal information for their own personal finical gain since before i was of legal age to sign any thing. Their finical gain off my persoanl life is hindering my ability to put my children and myself in a better living situation. I do not qualify for a new home or a new car for my childern without having adverse reaction on all applications due to XXXX XXXX and the rest of the gang " all CRA 'S '' including XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Not only are all of these companies making hand over fist off my personal information. They are putting me and my childrens life in danger by reporting my personal addresses that i did not give consent to. I am a victim of domestic XXXX, stalking and threats with a deadly weapon. Yet these companies disregard any permissible purpose by grabbing this information for thier own monteary gain. These companies never properly investigate my disputes and continue to send automative messages back to me and never send the proper requirments following my Cease and desist. At this point these compaines are slandering my name. All these companies ganging up aganist me like a XXXX case, with intent and reckless regard to defamatory of my character is making my life XXXX. I have to work more hours and spend less time with my children. XXXX stressed out from the blant disrespect. I cant even give my children the XXXX they deserve because of my character being slander through all these companies.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/22 -- Disputed a Public Record item appearing within my file with LexisNexis as a result of the company 's Violations of Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ) reporting requirements but also Violation of FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) which states : FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 1 ), credit reporting agencies or furnisher of information being reported which turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or cant be verified, must be permanently deleted. *** As per Section 609, I am entitled to see the original furnisher 's or source of the information and in this case the original furnishers is/are : the US Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Alabama . The original furnisher ( s ), the US Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Alabama, do not report to any credit reporting agencies to include XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX. Neither does the Court report to any third-party credit reporting agency furnishers or reseller of information such as LexisNexis. *** This rule applies to All US Courts therefore any statements alluding to LexisNexis stating the information being reported within my file with their company as verified and accurate is an error or a lie. Either way third-party reseller and furnisher LexisNexis reporting requirements do not comply with FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ) and 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) therefore the information must be deleted immediately. ** Will also file a second complaint with LexisNexis should they not delete any and All other Court-related Public Record entries pending arrival of another Court Letter.

Consumer Complaint: I received a copy of my credit report with intention of trying to improve my credit and take care of my responsibilities and noticed a few accounts that I wanted a little more explanation on. I am asking CFPB to investigate this matter further. I am not XXXXXXXX XXXX sure the XXXX credit reporting agencies is doing me a disservice in investigating the wrong doing of a XXXX party reporting agency LexisNexis and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. As a consumer I have contacted the matter at hand. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and asked them a question, Do you report the case in court to the credit bureau? The clerks response, The XXXX XXXXXXXX does not report information to any credit bureau. Almost like hippo for medical records. I send a certified letter to every credit bureau to remove the illegal reporting fragments. They all stated verified and corrected.
