Consumer Complaint: Lexisnexis and XXXX this dispute/ complaint is directed to both of you mainly Lexisnexis . You are the one that run to these courthouse snooping around to see what you can find to report on people. The reason I know this because each reporting agencies XXXX XXXX XXXX tells me so. Because each one states that you claim you verified the dispute. It is listed on each of the reporting agencies! Since you are running back claiming you verified the inaccuracies and violations of the FCRA. I have a few question and request XXXX ) review XXXX credit report that is attached to this dispute could you please tell me why was the public record XXXX deleted from the credit file? I have asked XXXX 22 time as to why! All they can tell me is that Lexisnexis verified alright since you verified Im asking you why did the United States bankruptcy court of Minnesota asked to re-insert the public record back to XXXX credit report?? They would have been the only one that had the public record re-inserted! Due to the fact that is where the bankruptcy was filed! So since XXXX tells me you verified the information in question. Since you verified and XXXX tells me that you did. I Exercise my rights under FCRA 609a ( 2 ) to request and for you to tell me and provide me with the following information Why was this public record Re-inserted back to the credit file? Who told you to add this back to the credit report I need the name of whom you spoke with name phone number! On there company letter head! XXXX is an electronic public access service for United States federal court documents. It allows users to obtain case and docket information from the data base but XXXX wouldnt not and Is not equipped with removing and adding bankruptcies to a consumer credit file so we know XXXX didnt have anything to do with added or removing anything from XXXX credit file! Again if you try to even come back trying to say XXXX did this I again exercise my right under FCRA 609A ( 2 ) for you to provide me information from XXXX and the name and phone number of a representative from XXXX that states that XXXX does remove and add public records to a consumer credit report! LEXIS-NEXIS you are the data furnisher again you have people running in and out of courthouses viewing XXXX system which is third-party vendor like yourself. And nobody but your Organization re-added the public record back to the report! 2. You failed to notify me within 5 business day of the Reinsertion which puts you in violation of the FCRA i asked that you remove the public record that indicated it was delete it and re-add it nobody did it but you! All XXXX can tell me is Lexisnexis verified my dispute as to why was it re-added now Im asking you for factual proof as what and how did you verify it! The XXXX report is uploaded which shows that you verified it!!!! I will be waiting your response! And I thank you!! XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On or around XX/XX/2022, I had applied for a credit card, and was denied because they said they were unable to verify my Identity. After a long investigation, the bank informed me that on my Lexis Nexus report they pulled when I applied for the credit card shows, that I have 2 social security number. I reached out to Lexis Nexis and spoke to someone on the phone, and she states she could not find such, but she sent me a copy of my report. I have looked and I don't understand how to read the report. On XXXXXXXX XXXX, I re-applied for the same credit card, and was told they could not verify my identity because Lexis Nexus is showing I have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I need this issue fixed and I can't get anyone at Lexis Nexus to understand and help me with this.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, so I submitted a dispute with XXXX to verify a bankruptcy listed on my credit report. I was told it was verified by Lexis Nexis. I, then, contacted Lexis Nexis to address the inaccuracies, I was told the information was being provided from a different source. I understand The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FRCA ), states that any information reported to credit bureaus needs to be verified with the original furnisher. I contacted the clerk for XXXX XXXX XXXX and was told they do not report information. So they are illegally sending my information to the credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I completed a CFPB complaint on XXXX, XXXX, Lexis Nexis, XXXX, and XXXX regarding a bankruptcy report that is showing on my credit report. This is inaccurate information. None of the credit bureaus responded to a letter that I previously sent them in XXXX of 2022. So, I had to do a CFPB complaint to get some actual results and that still wasn't to my satisfaction as there was no method of true verification. The following are the laws that were violated : 1. 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) Infringed Upon a Consumers right to privacy 2. 15 usc 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) No Permissible purpose/ No written instruction 3. 15 usc 1681a- ( e ) I did not give a Permissible purpose nor did they have my written instruction. I also contacted the US Bankruptcy Courts and they mailed me back a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that they do not send information to the credit bureaus. So, the claim that it was verified by the US Bankruptcy XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD is not accurate. XXXX also states on its website that they do not provide information to third parties either. I will be attaching both of those to this complaint. I will be attaching my driver 's license and a copy of a power bill.
