Consumer Complaint: I have tried to receive credit monitoring from all three credit bureaus. I am not able to view my credit scores on any of the three credit bureaus. I often have inquiries that I did not submit. I have had my identity stolen twice in the past five years. I have been denied funding many times because of a reported bankruptcy by a third party credit buraus. I would like to opt out from the third party reporting and any other illegal reporting of my personal financial information.

Consumer Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX for the past XXXX months trying to get a paper copy of my report because I was told when I try to get insurance that theyre reporting other peoples names at my address I continue to ask them not to do that to please remove it besides that I navigate the permission to give my information to anyone which they are doing. I try to get a report so that I can see everything they doing wrong. Ive called over XXXX times, they keep telling me theyre going to send that wait XXXX days and it has not been sent as of yet I just called again and every time I call they make me stay on the phone like XXXX minutes asking me the same questions about my home address, my cell phone and my drivers license number then they tell me now that my license number is incorrect. I know my license number I have it in front of me so somethings happening. Im not sure what it is but I need help to resolve the situation. I need my report and paper form and I need them to not give out my information without my permission and when I get my report, I see all the incorrect information for them to fix it as well in a timely matter thank you.

Consumer Complaint: This company is providing false consumer information about me to its subscribers. I have been trying to get them to remove this false information for years yet they refuse to and keep coming up with bogus excuses on why they can not remove it. I have provided them all of the documents they claim they need to " verify '' my identity but somehow its never enough. My family members, including my ex wife who I have not spoken to in 4 years, are being harassed because of the false information LexisNexis is providing. The email address XXXX needs to be removed from my profile today and any subscriber who received this info needs to be contacted and made aware this is not a valid email address for me. It was used by and ID thief years to attempt to open loans in my and my ex wife name. I have attached screen shots of the complaint I filed directly with them over a year ago which show I sent them copies of my passport, drivers license, birth certificate, and even my covid vaccine card. They have more than enough information from me to remove this false information. my complaint number with them is XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I sent a letter to the LexisNexis reporting agency asking them to verify the accuracy of a XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy listed on my consumer reports. I received a letter back stating that they verified through XXXX XXXX center. I then emailed XXXX, asking do they report any information to third party reporting agencies, in which they responded with They do not contact consumer reporting agencies. I also wrote a letter to the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts asking them do they report any information on a consumers report to and third party consumer reporting agencies ; they responded with they do not report any information to any credit agency. So if thats the case. How did the credit bureaus verify my bankruptcy as 100 % accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC 1681. 15 USC 1681 section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ) states ; The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. They also violated my rights numerous times. The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 USC 1681. According to : 15 USC 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to : 15 USC 1681 section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. According to : 15 USC 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) : A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
