Consumer Complaint: Per the FCPA as a protected consumer I opted out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given written, unwritten, verbal and non-verbal per 15 USC 6802-6805. Per 15 USC 1681 Effective immediately and indefinitely. All of my personal information must be cleared off my report. All versions of names except my only Name " XXXX XXXX ''. All other versions are in violation. There is only 1 address that is correct that should be on my Credit Report and that is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, South Carolina XXXX. ALL OTHER locations or addresses are UNMAILABLE, MUST BE REMOVED. There are CHARGEOFFS being reported on my credit report, per the IRS rules, all Charge Offs are considered Income and Income is NOT reportable on Credit Reports. Those hits on my credit are not authorized and must be removed. The Student Loans being reported on my credit MUST be removed. Student Loans on credit report is a violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 ( FERPA ) The school agreed that they will not provide transaction history to any 3rd party. 16 CFR 433.2 & 313.7 - For all Accounts on my Credit Report that show payments to the account MUST be removed because it is ILLEGAL to report ANY transaction history on my consumer accounts to my credit report. I NEVER provided authorization for any institution to report my transactions. ALL current active accounts must be put to Paid as Agreed and remove all payment history, no payment history on any accounts can be shown.

Consumer Complaint: I was Denied A checking account from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX because I told told by the bank that my social security number that I provided is list as deceased from LexisNexis which is completely false! So I did went down to my local social security office and they have give me a letter to verify that I am not deceased, see enclosed letter. So I call and disputed it with LexisNexis, provided them with a my driver license and social security copies and LexisNexis told me that it was verified it and continue to report me as deceased and I have lost opportunities to obtain credit. Lexisnexis case number XXXX I called LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that the Deceased Notation { XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX } were reported by XXXX, But I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX told that my personal credit file is ok there is no deceased notations on my file or reported by them. XXXX told me to call LexisNexis again because they couldnt assist me. I wish to resolve this discrepancy otherwise I will pursuit Lawsuit! Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis, to begin, I find it very disturbing that these companies get paid to sit around and collect personal information with no regulatory authority as to how long they are allowed to keep records on people. Its more alarming how they are collecting inaccurate data at that, if this company can collect a record, should they be required to follow through with each account and make sure anything changed? Is it ok for this company to keep records and information from 20 years ago? Furthermore, sell this information to companies? I was recently denied from credit. The adverse notice mentioned LexisNexis report was why they denied me. In quote Multiple identities associated with my XXXX number, Multiple addresses verifying correct data XXXX / judgement My credit is frozen on all three XXXX from identity theft. I wasnt aware this XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was a separate company I needed to check in with as well. Needless to say, I requested my disclosure file and received a XXXX page file. XXXX page file. Is this normal or is it just me? Theres so many addresses to even begin to question on my file. Like wise with phone numbers, many of which have never belonged to me. A company that is associated with me that lists I am the XXXX of, XXXX XXXX. This is a first I have ever heard of this company, I can assure you I did not open this company. Names of people I associated with from XXXX. An XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXo be precise, which thanks LexisNexis for reminding me of that person. But why is he on MY file and dated from XXXX on an insurance claim. I can assure you this is false. What makes me very angry is a lein/ judgement. This has been settled, XXXX balance, and the company, XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed in a letter and has removed its trade line from my credit report. What gives LexisNexis the right to not update their data too? Let me guess, I was supposed to dispute it. I was supposed to know LexisNexis existed, I was supposed to know LexisNexis sold my personal information to anyone who purchased it? What makes me even more upset is convictions that I was never convicted of is associated with my name. Which is humiliating to know when a company receives my information from LexisNexis, I am a criminal. I was never convicted of possession of cs, never in my entire life! I was never convicted of a Violation of a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, never in my entire life! This is humiliating and damaging! This is beyond not right and against the law to sell my identity that of which is completely false. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX with multiple insurance claims with cars I have never owned? Duplicate, unrecognizable, out dated, false, inaccurate, clear reg flags of identity theft, and unverifiable data collected on XXXX pages that LexisNexis has sold to MULTIPLE companies of which I did not request. XXXX XXXX, shows I gave a written consent for pre qualification. Let me make myself very clear, I do not have a credit karma account. I do not know why credit karma has pulled my credit from LexisNexis XXXX XXXX XXXX every other day for the past 6 years. I can only assume it is because companies like LexisNexis enables them.

I went through the dispute process that took over 90 days and they concluded that the information was verified and accurate. Even though I told them numerous occasions that the number does not belong to me or my business they claim it's verified. Each time Lexis Nexis failed to do a proper investigation. I called the XXXX XXXX house and confirmed that they are not enrolled or subscribed to any credit agencies to report data but yet lexis nexis without my consent reports this and shares this information to the major 3 credit agencies which is a direct violation of my federal consumer rights.
