Consumer Complaint: Despite three previous written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of your investigations, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore, you have failed to provide the method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). Please be advised that under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. To get even more technical, re-aging is an illegal act due to FCRA Section 623 ( 5 ) ( A ). This law states : In general. A person who furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency regarding a delinquent account being placed for collection, charged to profit or loss, or subjected to any similar action shall, not later than 90 days after furnishing the information, notify the agency of the date of delinquency on the account, which shall be the month and year of the commencement of the delinquency on the account that immediately preceded the action. What is the accuracy of these accounts? Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) this account in violation not reporting 100 % accurate. How many violations do you need to remove these accounts? The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me ( Section 616 & 617 ) if you fail to comply with Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I demand the following accounts be verified with ALL information being and exact match or deleted immediately. No permissible purpose... Debt buyers can not verify accuracy on purchase debt. Debt buyers are not offering employment. Debt buyers buys debt and re-age then illegally as new debt. The debt buyers did not have any of my accurate personal information until I disputed the debt with your collection agency. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I contacted Lexis Nexis via mail with the enclosed letter to request they validate a total of 8 accounts ( 4 which were bankruptcies ) they were reporting. On XX/XX/2023 I received the enclosed Reinvestigation results from Lexis Nexis which shows that ( per pg 8 of the Lexis Nexis attachment ) only 3 bankruptcy records were validated via Pacer but does not specify which records exactly were verified.

Consumer Complaint: I obtained a report from LexisNexis and they are reporting a bankruptcy on my report. I disputed this information as the bankruptcy information is incorrect. Under the FCRA, only information that has been verified and is accurate is permitted to be included on my report. LexisNexis states that they verified the bankruptcy through PACER ; however, PACER does not verify that information contained within their files is accurate pursuit to FCRA guidelines. Furthermore, the Bankruptcy court does not verify information either. As a result, LexisNexis is violating the law with respect to reporting this bankruptcy on my reports.
