Consumer Complaint: I have sent numerous letters to the credit bureau and they continuously fail to make corrections to my file. Instead they use stall letters, and claim that a 3rd party sent the letter. They refuse to investigate and send proof of investigation to me even after more than 5 request in the past 12 months. Please refer back to the many letters I have sent in the past 12 months.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 - I have disputed a bankruptcy in my XXXX public records. My credit monitoring service has detected the us of my name and social security using the address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, North Carolina XXXX. I have disputed this bankruptcy with and address with LexisNexis. Both consumer credit reporting companies keep verifing this fraudulent activity after investigations. I have attached the Identity Alert from my credit monitoring service XXXX XXXX to show proof that someone is still trying to use my name and social security number on the DARK WEB and they are using the same address that is reporting on my LexisNexis consumer file. Screenshots attached to show proof. The information is not information relating to any transaction by me. THIS IS NOT A ERROR! 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 - Block of information resulting from identity theft ( a ) Block Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency of ( 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer; and ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer. Consumer Complaint: In trying to obtain new auto insurance I keep getting told that I either can't be insured or extremely high rate quotes based on Claims Loss Underwriting Exchange Report claiming I have an excessive number of insirance claims. I do not have any, not one insurance claim in over 10 years, maybe a lot more, that are claims that I am responsible for. I have had two accidents in the last five years in which I was NOT responsible as I was T-boned on both occasions by the other distracted drivers. Of course I am/was involved with those claims, but in no way at fault or responsible. A third claim of my involvement was an RV/Camp trailer that was stolen. This was also no fault of mine and has had no affect on my ex wife 's ability to be insured so why am I being targeted with these. If there is anything else on the report, I have no idea. Because somehow a third party company can see my report in a matter of seconds, yet I have to order mine and wait for mailed instructions to tell me how to access it. Well, I need auto insurance now. Anything else in my report about any other claims is going to be false. Whether fraudulent, mistakenly added, duplicated or whatever the case may be. There should be no claims on my record that I am responsible for.

Consumer Complaint: I've asked LexisNexis to investigate inaccurate information that is reporting on my credit report. This information includes a bankruptcy, late payments, charged off accounts and erroneous information related to my name. I do not have mailing address history with the reporting errors, and have asked them to investigate and remove these errors from my report. Attached is information I sent to them via postal service, along with all pertinent identification. There is no legitimate reason for this company to reject my dispute letters. I have also attached screenshots directly from their website that clearly state their identification requirements, and this proves that I followed correct protocol. The bankruptcy, charged off accounts, and late payments being shown as mine by LexisNexis are reporting fraudulently, is not true, accurate, or legally verifiable and this violates XXXX standards.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, my truck was PARKED, unattended in a XXXX space at XXXX. I was paged by Security to return to my vehicle. An XXXX woman had backed into the right-rear corner of my truck. She called Police and waited. We exchanged information, including HER insurance. The XXXX Police Officer wrote a report. Don't know if she was given any citation. In XXXX, I was trying to change my insurance to another company because of random rate increases. The new policy I wanted, the company found information that XXXX XXXX had reported an " At Fault '' accident. I contacted my insurance company and they provided me with a memo stating that there had been ZERO % Negligence, NOT at Fault. XXXX is STILL putting that information out, more than 2 years later. Apparently Insurance Agencies can't correct their MISTAKES. At this point I will try one more " Complaint '' and then if XXXX does not correct their MISTAKE, I will file a lawsuit. I am an XXXX year old, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have neither the money or the intent to continue with the XXXX mistake. My auto insurance cost me HUNDREDS $ $ more because of them. Thanks.
