Consumer Complaint: I have sent in multiple disputes to correct incorrect, inaccurate, Missing information on my credit reports. I have vocally contacted the creditor and the creditor would not correct the problem and blamed the credit reporting agency. I have contacted the credit reporting agency they have said that the creditor has verified the information and there is nothing they can do. The creditor is XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX The Account Number is XXXX. The information that is incorrect on this account was that it was discharged through bankruptcy. This loan was reaffirmed and paid on time and in full. The reports show this account as a Negative The Payment History is inaccurate and shows the last payment in XXXX of XXXX I retrieved the loan history from the loan department of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. This history shows the loan paid in full and on time. The loan history shows payments from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. I will also include the account from XXXX which shows the Terms as XXXX, Monthly payment- Not reported, High Balance- Not reported, and Recent Balance- Not reported. I will attach a copy of the loan history and a account copy from XXXX. The other credit reporting agencies such as XXXX, XXXX, and Lexisnexis have the same account from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been told not to file any more disputes.

Consumer Complaint: Im trying to get access to my credit report these people are reporting outdated over 10 years old information and incorrect information about me. Ive tried on numerous occasions to get a new credit report from them but they continuously have a system failure problem. Ive sent a copy of my id, a bill, and my social security number to this company last year and I havent received a update regarding my dispute and security freeze.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the credit reporting companies through multiple dispute letters. I have contacted the creditor and each have blamed each other for not be able to correct errors in my Credit report. I have contacted XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Lexisnexis, with no results on removal of this account. I will attach a copy of a document from XXXX showing an account with my husband, a do not send anymore dispute letters, and a copy of the loan history from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The report document from XXXX shows that account number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was discharged through bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX, This account for {$24000.00} was reaffirmed and paid in full ( 1st error ). The Payment History stops XX/XX/XXXX, If you will look at the loan history I have included you will see that the loan was paid through XX/XX/XXXX ( 2nd error ). While this loan covers 7 years the " Terms '' on the XXXX report show O ( 3rd error ). The " High balance '' and the " Recent balance '' are Not reported ( 4th and 5th error ). These errors from XXXX XXXX XXXX are also in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Lexisnexis.

Consumer Complaint: My social security direct deposits will not go into my bank account because LexisNexis has a death record on me in their file. When I discovered that the social security administration ( SSA ) had mistakenly declared me deceased in their death master file I immediately cleared that up with the SSA. Of course I also began the arduous process of notifying everyone else that I could think that needed to know most especially my bank. Still my SSA payments were being rejected. Neither the SSA nor the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) could understand why. It took some time to realize the reason was LexisNexis. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent everything that LexisNexis required to launch a dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX I was told by XXXX a LexisNexis agent that the dispute was resolved on XX/XX/XXXX and that I was no longer deceased in their records. XXXX told in 7 to 10 days I would receive a letter to that effect and my consumer report. The problem is that I am still deceased on their records. I know this because the agents at XXXX tell me when they check out my social security number with LexisNexis I am deceased. At first LexisNexis argued that it just couldnt be because they had removed the death record. Finally on XXXX XXXX a supervisor admitted they did not delete everywhere. She told me that she would personally walk this issue through with her technical people. I told her I would give her XXXX business hours to correct it. Yesterday XXXX that was up, I called to speak with her and was told she would call me back she did not. This is the evening of XXXX I think XXXX hours business hours was reasonable considering, I first gave LexisNexis all they needed on XX/XX/XXXX. I checked with XXXX late today and they tell me I am still deceased according to LexisNexis. They also tell they can not continue checking for me. This is more than I cant get my XXXX direct deposit. What chance would I have of getting credit if Im reported deceased? I have attached the part of the consumer report that LexisNexis sent to me on XX/XX/XXXX the one that was supposed to prove resolved. Clearly on page XXXX there is my death notice.

Consumer Complaint: i have never owned a XXXX XXXX credit card or bank account. i have applied numerous times including recently and have gotten denied each time. the problem is that a XXXX XXXX credit card account is being reported by XXXX XXXX, lexis nexis, XXXX and XXXX. i have disputed numerous times and they keep sending electronic responses stating that it is verified accurate information. even though i have requested an original application, signature or proof that the account is mine as described in the FCRA. as of now i have not been furnished with this request. i have been disputing this for years and am being denied credit because this account shows as a delinquency and charged off.they only stated it was verified which was not my request. i have called XXXX XXXX numerous times to dispute they refuse stating its a verified debt.i requested my information and original application they stated the account was too old

Consumer Complaint: Following up on contents received as a result of CFPB complaint XXXX. I am a victim of identity theft. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX had no consent to report this alleged account. The alleged lease agreement does not permit sharing my information with the third parties. And I never consented to share any information. The account cant be verified due to an inaccurate and incomplete itemized account statement. How was this verified? Charges highlighted in box labeled charges on exhibit A are inconsistent with the same alleged additional charges highlighted on exhibit A and exhibit B. I never received supporting documentation evidencing the dates alleged charges occurred. How can this be accurate and what method was used to verify accuracy every time I disputed this account? This company also keep reinserting the fraudulent account information without sending me supporting documentation of any of their results, further damaging my credit score and financial reputation. XXXX deleted this fraudulent account months ago but XXXX and XXXX refuse to perform a INVESTIGATION! I am concerned that XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX are coercing me to pay a fraudulent debt by refusing to perform a reasonable investigation. This company also violated 15 USC 1681 ( b ) Permissible purposes of consumer report, I never gave this company XXXX written consent to report this alleged account.
