Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2016, I C System placed a derogatory remark on my credit file. They claim that I owe {$670.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I 100 % dispute this charge. This is a service that I told them that I never wanted and they charged me for it anyways. I would like for you to please have this negative remark removed from my credit history as it is greatly affecting me in a negative manner.

Consumer Complaint: I just had this wrongful debt of {$410.00} removed from my credit report from another agency. It was complaint # XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. - they responded with their wrongdoing and apologized and had this debt removed. However. I C SOLUTIONS seems to have been sold the debt and it is now back on my credit report and I am receiving calls again. This has already been resolved and I would like this removed as it is negatively effecting my credit and once again receiving multiple calls and it is interrupting my entire life daily!!

Consumer Complaint: I sold my XXXX dollar truck because I wanted to get a cheaper commuter. So I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a loan and they are the ones who made as aware of this delinquency. I had no knowledge of any medical bills owed. I pulled my credit report and called I C Systems. I spoke with XXXX XXXX. She let me know the amount owed was {$2300.00}. However I knew that our insurance covered his service. So I called XXXX. I spoke with XXXX, she referred me to my old employer and stated it was my old employers responsibility to pay. While that didnt seem right I called HR at my old employer and she confirmed that it was XXXX I should be talking to. So I called back. I got a lady named XXXX on the other line. She said the amount showed {$2600.00}, and it was paid. She said we had a {$40.00} co-pay that we paid at date of service on XX/XX/XXXX. She said the doctors office must have sent this to collection in error. So I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they transferred me to billing where I spoke with XXXX. She said she had no idea why this went to collections. I then called XXXX back and they referred me to their subdivision XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke to XXXX. She said they paid this on XX/XX/XXXX and gave me a check number. She said she had an EOB and would fax it over to the collections agency to show it was paid. I am not responsible for this debt. I have never had a late payment, or delinquency in my entire 17 years of having credit.

Consumer Complaint: I have have attempted to repair my credit score for the last 3 years regarding a paid collections. I called XXXX in regards to my cell phone did not work properly in late XX/XX/XXXX. I was advised to pay extra on my bill to see if the system would repopulate somehow for my service to work. That did not work and so I changed providers in early XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the early termination fee and then in XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX in order to paid was turned out to be termination fees that I had gone to collections. The charges were over 200 dollars and I had paid another XXXX dollars to " satisfy '' the account. After the fees of XXXX dollars was paid, the derogatory mark still has been reporting to the three credit agencies. I can contacted XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, to only have their representative tell me " it will only be on there 7 years '' as if this is not a big issue.I have had to pay more on interest rates over the last 3 years, due to having to explain each time why the collection, I.C system, still should on my report. I have reached out to I.C systems and was told that only XXXX can remove the report by simply contacting to do such. I have contacted XXXX, as recently as XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX XXXX with 52 minute call duration. 16 mins spent on hold ) -XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX XXXX with a 42 minute call duration on the first attempt was hung up on ). I will seek damages since my credit score has not been seen less than adequate due to this.

Consumer Complaint: I already reached out to the credit bureaus and to I C SYSTEM INC for the account number XXXX and notify them of their error posting for this account. I DO NOT OWN THIS DEBT, I NEVER HAD A I C SYSTEM INC ACCOUNT, and I have been monitoring my credit report for any changes since my several dispute letters, but I am yet to see the correction that I asked for and desperately need. Continued reporting of this inaccurate and UNVALIDATED debt. I thought they had dutifully complied to the law to cease any collection efforts unless proper validation has been provided. Then I found out that the issue still persists, I just had to escalate to CFPB.

Consumer Complaint: Certified bureau of the ( that is all that is showing for there name, on my credit report ) I have no idea who they are and I have never received credit, goods or services from this company. One day, I started received calls from this company, they were threatened to sue me and destroy my credit, if I did not pay them {$120.00}, The calls came back to back day and night, I finally gave in just to get some peace. But, I was under the belief, that if I paid them, the account would be cleared from my credit. They completely lied to me and extorted monies from me. The original account was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had XXXX when I went to the hospital and I guess this is some type of co pay. But, I never received a call or any mail for XXXX XXXX, stating I had a balance or requesting a payment. I was never given a chance to pay any outstanding balance, if any was due. IC SYSTEM has the same approach, they call night and day, threatening to sue and ruin my credit. They called and spoke to my friend, who answered the phone and told him, my personal business and what they were going to do to me. The original account was a XXXX XXXX account for {$67.00}. I don't have account with XXXX XXXX, nor do I owe them and monies and have never received a call form XXXX XXXX or any written notices or bills, stating I owe them monies or requesting monies. This is not my bill and has been placed on my credit report. I do not live in XXXX XXXX, I live in another city, in Louisiana
