Consumer Complaint: I have a credit monitoring service that I pay for monthly. I discovered a new collection on my credit report by a collection agency called IC Systems who allegedly state they are collecting for XXXX XXXX. Around XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed this account with XXXX XXXX as well as a collection agency called XXXX XXXX. This account was demmed to be open fraudulently and was removed from my credit reports on XX/XX/XXXX. Now this collection agency called IC Systems has placed the same collection back on my credit reports. I have never heard of this collection agency nor did they give me the opportunity to dispute the validity of this debt. This account does not belong to me!!
