Consumer Complaint: Hello. I original had and outstanding debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX many years ago, they turned the account over to an Collection agency ( XXXX XXXX ). I called XXXX XXXX and we reached an settlement and I paid instantly the amount they offered which was XXXX on XX/XX/2018. Come XXXX I receive a notice from XXXX XXXX informing me that something was added to my credit report. I reviewed what was on their and it was a new collection agency ( I C SYSTEM INC ) I contacted the company to find out who was the original debtor and I was told XXXX, I explain to the agent that I never had an account with XXXX, then they stated, well, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I implied I did have an account with XXXX XXXX and that we had reached an agreement and it's paid in full. Then I was told the records show that I haven't paid anything and I owe XXXX. I ask her can I have an fax number or email to send my proof and I fax it to the company and its still on my credit report as closed but still reporting as derogatory bringing down my score even more when I'm trying to build my credit back up. I paid everything that was delinquent on all XXXX credit report and now they placed this account on XXXX. I disrupted with XXXX in XXXX XXXX and I was emailed that I C System reported that it's verified as accurate account. This company continue to report past due since XX/XX/2018 till current. I have already been reported for this month of XXXX. Can you help me with this issue?

I have been looking over my report and file through reporting service and there has been multiple identity theft fraudulent statements and debts reported. I have reported these issues and tried to figure out multiple ways to remove these false claims in order to move on and continue with my life. I notice this fraud account being reported to my file from IC Systems As Ive said this has been a nightmare as a victim of identity theft. This account is fraud and does not belong to me. This issue has been reported to the FTC as fraud

Consumer Complaint: They are calling asking me if I know person A. I told them I dated her for three months back in XX/XX/2017 and haven't seen her since. I asked them to not contact me again regarding the matter as I can be no help to them and at this point they are wasting their time and mine. The next day I received a call from the same company asking the same questions. I had the phone on speaker and my current girlfriend was speaking in the background. The caller asked if that was person A and I said no. She then said it was suspicious and concerned her. This amateur detective game she is playing is honestly offensive as she essentially accused me of lying and is a pathetic tactic to try to get someone to work with you.

This all took place after hurricane Irma now it is in credit bureau and in collections.i offer to pay half of bill during state of emergency that we had due to hurricane but they refused. There was no work and no way to print us a check. After thing got better I was forced to get another phone from a different provider. Is this fair not working with the customers during a national disaster?? Gov put laws into place for creditors to work with us

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from IC System alleging that I owe them {$220.00}. I have never done business with this company nor have I ever heard of them until I received this notice. I sent a letter to IC System requesting debt validation as per the FCRA. IC System responded to my request on XX/XX/XXXX by sending photo copies of a cable bill, with nothing bearing my signature, and placed this account on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent another letter to IC System informing them that according to the FTC opinion letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, photo copies of an old bill does not constitute verification. This letter was signed for by XXXX XXXX at IC System on XX/XX/XXXX. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX I have yet to receive any type of communication from IC System. This alleged account still remains on my credit report and is being reported by XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. IC System is in violation of the FCRA & FDCPA. I am requesting that this account be immediately deleted from my credit report because it is causing damage to my credit file.
