Consumer Complaint: IC SYSTEM ( 11 XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is a result of identity theft. I recently discovered through my new monitoring service this account being reported I made efforts to remove this account from my file as the amount of {$830.00} does not belong to me. This account was fraudulently opened through this company in XX/XX/2018 an has been reported to the FTC and authorities as Identity theft. I have submitted all of my information needed to resolve this matter in this complaint and through the FTC report attached and do not feel comfortable giving any further information in any way to any others at this time due to the further possibilities of identity theft.

Consumer Complaint: A collection account from IC systems has been reported on my XXXX and XXXX credit report on behalf of XXXX XXXX, however I have previously disputed a different collection agency attempt and had it successfully removed from my credit report because the debt is not mines and could not be verified per the 3 credit bureaus. IC systems is also in violation for failing to inform me in writing that they were attempting to collect a debit and allowing me time to formally respond in writing if the debt was actually a debt that i owed. Therefore i request that this account be immediately removed from my XXXX and XXXX credit report.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX a delinquint XXXX account hit my credit report. I have never been a customer of XXXX. I contacted XXXX and they were very unhelpful, hung up on me multiple times. I froze my credit, filed the fraud report with all of the major credit bureaus, filed a fraud report with XXXX ( no response ), and filed a police report. After I explained all of this to the debt collection agency ( XXXX ) they agreed that I was a victim of identity theft and said they would cancel the debt. The major credit bureaus agreed and removed the debt from my credit report. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX and the same delinquent account shows up on my credit report, this time the collections agency is XXXX XXXX. XXXX had tried to collect the debt of an identify theft victim! A quick call to XXXX XXXX and the major credit bureaus and it was again erased from my credit report. Today, XX/XX/XXXX. I receive a letter now from IC Systems saying they will put the SAME XXXX DELINQUENT ACCOUNT on my credit report if I don't prove to them it's not my debt within 30 days. After filling out the complaint online it just sends me to XXXX antiquated fraud form that falls on deaf ears. This is clearly harassment by a major corporation of an identity theft victim!

I ASKED THE IC SYSTEMS REPRESENTATIVE TO SEND ME A VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT AND TO ONLY CONTACT ME VIA WRITING. THEY NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH ANYTHING REGARDING THIS AND HAVE PLACED THIS ON MY CREDIT FILE AS A COLLECTION ACCOUNT. TODAY XX/XX/2019 I WAS CONTACTED BY AN XXXX XXXX XXXX REGARDING THIS AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED MY FILE. I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME A VERIFICATION OF THIS DEBT AND WAS PROMISED TO RECEIVE THIS IN 7-10 DAYS. I WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM IS EVERYTHING IS ACCURATE AND VERIFIED BUT IC SYSTEMS HAS BEEN WILLFULLY NEGLIGENT IN THEIR REPORTING AND COLLECTION PRACTICES. UNDER SECTION 616 AND 617 OF THE FCRA THIS COULD LEAD TO MONETARY DAMAGES TO THEIR AGENCY. Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : This letter is sent to you in response to a listing on my credit report. Be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( 8 ), stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section.
