Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is from 2017 but seemed a lot longer ago. I was given a XXXX/XXXX XXXX to wear and was assured by the office manager that it was fully covered by my insurance company 100 %. I took the brace home, never wore it, then received the bill for {$180.00} and that it was not covered by my insurance company. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke to the office manager who said there was nothing she could do. I explained to her that I could not afford to pay {$180.00} and that I would return the XXXX. She refused and I told her I was bringing the XXXX back anyway because they told me it was no charge, I could not afford it & it was not unworn. I returned the brace to their office the next day & they have since refused to take responsibility for their error or acknowledge that I brought the XXXX back.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I have submit Complaint Number XXXX, where I asked to protect me from illegal calls and unlawful reports of I C System Inc, who report FOUR derogatory accounts on me during XX/XX/2019 with the same balance of {$100.00} about the same dept which already hit my credit history on XX/XX/2019. ONCE AGAIN. The derogatory account with a balance {$100.00} already hit my credit HISTORY and decreased my CREDIT SCORES in amount 18-20 scores on XX/XX/2019, and I sent you a screenshot of my credit alert about this. But I C system didn't leave me alone, and they used that Complaint Number XXXX to illegally know my current address and keep bothering me with their unlawful bills, now through the mail. Also, I never saw notifications that XXXX 's FOUR derogatory accounts were CANCELLED, and it never hit my credit history. But I saw increasing of scores for about 18.

Consumer Complaint: This is a collection company many of several that are representing XXXX, XXXX XXXX that I have disputed on several instances. XXXX will remove for about 2 months and it will reappear with another collection agency listed but same debit. I have not received any supporting documentation from the provider with proof that this is my debt. I have however submitted documentation to XXXX via cerfitied mail with my ID, SS card and proof of residence. Each time a different collection agency appears on my credit report its under a another name and is extended for another seven years. I'm not sure what else I need to prove? Listed below is the last company that was added. This account was not opened on this date it is actually the date that it was readded to my credit report. Any assistance you could give would be greatly appreciated.This was the first collection agency that was disputed. Account # ? XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Same debt collector with XXXX and now it is I C System showing that it was opened XX/XX/XXXX $XXXXoriginal creditor: 11 XXXX XXXX and will remain on my report until XX/XX/XXXX. I was under the impression that the statue of limitations was 7-10 years. Each time that I have disputed the bill that start over with a new collection company and more years.
