Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2019 I lost accounts due to this bill that is not mine reappearing on my credit reports. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX bank lowered my balances and closed accounts due to this bill from XXXX. This is the 3rd time this has appeared on my credit and I've contacted consumer finance. the company, credit bearus. I've submitted proof of address where I live. I've submitted tax records everything. Each time it gets removed because it is not mine. It is sold or whatever the company XXXX does with it. This has affected me negatively and my credit to where my accounts have been closed. Score dropped. How can a bill that is not mine keep reappearing and hurting me

When I contacted XXXX I was told that systems changed in 2015 and they dont know what the debt is for. If a company is unable to provide documentation as to why a debt is owed it should be removed.

Consumer Complaint: This company I.C System which I hold no CONTRACT with nor have received services from reported a credit account against my SSN to credit reporting agencies. I requested VALIDATION under the fair credit reporting act and verification of debt however the company failed to provide adequate proof of my identity or validate debt. The account was not placed in dispute on my credit report while under investigation. The debt was not validated within 30 days, as after 30 days without debt validation account to be deleted. considering this business does not have a contract with me for goods nor services they have provided adequate proof of application and identity or proof i am not obligated to pay for the alleged debt. I am requesting that you allow me to validate the alleged debt. I am unaware of any outstanding phone bills that I possess, and I am seeking the name and address of the company to which I owe the debt and a detailed breakdown of the fees that I owe. * Cease any credit bureau reporting until the debt has been validated by me.

Consumer Complaint: This all started with XXXX when I received a bill earlier this year for medical expenses of {$140.00} from services received on XX/XX/XXXX for my daughter that was already paid by my Health Savings Account ( HSA ) Bank automatically on my behalf on XX/XX/XXXX. ( I have automatic claim forwarding where a check or ACH payment is made automatically for what I owe from my HSA from my HSA bank ( XXXX XXXX ) ). I submitted a copy of my HSA statement to prove that the debt was paid. I continued to get calls about the debt and told XXXX that I sent a copy of my statement to prove that the debt was paid. The last associate I spoke to, on a recorded line, stated that she found my payment but that it was coded incorrectly and would need to be sent back to administration to be fixed. I was assured that a cancelled check to further prove payment was not needed and that the account would not go to collections. A month later, I received a validation of debt letter from IC Systems claiming that I owed XXXX {$140.00} that was not paid. This is the same debt that I spoke to XXXX about previously and submitted my bank statement to prove payment. I then disputed the debt and sent a copy of the statement proving payment to XXXX to IC Systems. I received yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, a letter from IC Systems that the debt was valid and that I owed {$140.00}. I am furious and am going on vacation with my family. I now have to take time away from my family to call my HSA bank to request a copy of a cancelled check, from ten months ago, to further prove that I do not owe {$140.00}, the debt was paid, the check was cashed by XXXX and was not correctly posted to my account. It saddens me that I have to go through such great lengths to prove that a debt for a medical expense from last year was paid ten months ago. I am also concerned that this may be on my credit report as a debt and would be inaccurate as the debt was paid. I am attaching a copy of my bank statement which clearly shows that a {$140.00} check was cashed from my account that was sent to XXXX for a claim on XX/XX/XXXX on page 2.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems randomly started reporting debt on my reports. I disputed it with the bureaus. I called into the company and they did not even have the correct address so the initial letter was never received before they starte reporting. This is a direct violation. They have no right to report when they dont send that letter. After my disputing with the bureaus, I called them and corrected the address, however they did not delete the reporting on my burea reports which they can not do when they are knowledgable and proven to have not gotten the right to dispute to me. This is a very ba violation.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from IC systems stating that they are collecting money from me, on behalf of XXXX. I do not owe IC SYSTEMS any money. I do not know who they are, and I Have never had XXXX as a phone carrier. I have had the same cell phone company, which is XXXX wireless for over 10 years. I have also had the same cell phone number for over 10 years. There is no way I owe XXXX any money. I sent a letter to IC Systems asking them to provide me with validation of the debt they are claiming I owe. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating they have no record of my account and I need to send them more information. I will not send them any of my personal information. They initially claimed that i owe XXXX. This is a scamming company trying to steal my information, and I immediately request for them not to report anything negative to the credit bureaus. They have not provided me with validation, and they are attempting defamation of my credit character. This company needs to completely remove me from their system. I dont owe them or XXXX any money!! I want to cease collection on this false debt immediately!
