Consumer Complaint: XXXX has jacked up my bill from a legitimate amount of {$1000.00}, against which I have paid money, to a grand total in excess of $ XXXX, while not crediting me for payments made. Further, an understanding was reached with aprior collection Company that XXXX retained. I offered to make recurring payments. They couldn't take them. They agreed to call me on a monthly basis to obtain payments. They called me once, and payment was made. You do not even reflect that payment. XXXX does. IC Systems then took the account ; did not acknowledge payments made ; and made a derogatory report to the Credit Bureaus. They also added yet another {$400.00} charge to an already overstated and inflated bill. The situation will likely end me up in a bankruptcy.

So I have now FOUR Derogatory accounts not related to my history, because I already had one on XXXX, XXXX. Can you please stop that people from reporting Derogatory accounts on me every Wednesday? I am not sure now, if they are going to stop or keep doing this. Can you please remove all Derogatory accounts with a balance of {$100.00}, came after original, dated XXXX, XXXX, XXXX? Please, stop them, I feel unprotected, I am not guilty in what they trying to apply on me. Please, please, please!

Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. Consumer Complaint: I closed this account in XX/XX/XXXX after multiple calls about billing issues that happened the previous couple of months. On XX/XX/XXXX I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with them disputing a XXXX install fee for an installation that didnt happen and they just kept telling me I had to pay it. Then preceded to tell me that if I had telephone service I didnt need the internet but if I had internet I had to have telephone service and when I questioned that the agent said I supposedly called in on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and canceled my phone and when I asked what time did I call in and cancel my internet service he said there system didnt have a time stamp and when I repeated what he previously told me he said there system didnt have a date stamp. I asked to speak to his supervisor and when he got on the line I asked about the calls being recorded and told him if he went back to an hour and fifteen minutes he would hear the two conflicting stories the agent told me. He said ok then hung up on me. I called back and I let the first agent I spoke to know what happened and how upset I was about she transferred me to a agent named XXXX I explained all the issues I had with them and she said went ahead and closed the account and put credit on there to cover the install fee and the penalty fees for early termination so I didnt owe them anything. I received the final bills showing the credits and a XXXX balance. I thought it was all taken care of continued to receive junk mail from them saying they wanted me to come back. Then I received a collection letter from the first company in XX/XX/XXXX saying I owed XXXX {$750.00} I called them and they said XXXX closed my account in XX/XX/XXXX due to non payment I disputed it with them and called XXXX directly and disputed it they couldnt tell me where the charges came from but I had to pay it. Then I received another collection letter from a different company in XX/XX/XXXX this time saying I owed XXXX {$520.00} and they closed the account in XX/XX/XXXX I disputed it again. Then in XX/XX/XXXX I received another letter from a third collection company saying I owed XXXX {$350.00} I called them and they said XXXX close sed my account in XX/XX/XXXXand I told them this is the third company and I have disputed it each time and they keep changing the amount owed and now when they closed the account I paid the final bill minus the XXXX install fee and the agent put enough credit on my account to cover that and the early termination fees so I didnt owe them anything

System, INC, claims on account # XXXX and regarding my potential claims pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, 15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq. ( the FDCPA ). I deny any and all liability and financial responsibility for the indebtedness claimed by you. Accordingly, this letter serves as a formal dispute of any balance associated with the abovementioned account and as a demand to discontinue any current and further collection attempts. They sent me another letter with a copy of a XXXX bill. I mailed a letter to them on XX/XX/2019 asking them to explain AGAIN to show me where do I have a contract with I.C. System. They never responded. This morning on XX/XX/2019, I get an alert that I. C. System is reporting on my credit report. This is NOT FAIR because they haven't given me any valid proof where I owe I. C. System. I have been in constant written communication with them. Now they are tarnishing my credit. They don't even have written permission from me to add themselves onto my credit report. They DID NOT provided answers and documentation I have requested. They can't even show anything bearing my signature. This collection agency need to be removed from my credit report!!!!
