System has repeatedly tried to collect the wrong amount form me and has falsely billed me as well as reported this to the credit bureau ). They are rude, unethical, have unprofessional billing practices, and aren't willing to discuss matters necessary to resolve the issue. I have disputed and the correct balance has been paid in full directly to the physician 's office.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX to have WiFi internet installed into my New York address. I was clear with the sales agent that I did not want to pay for the installation nor equipment, and the sales agent told me they could do that. I was not overly thrilled with the service and received XXXX bill from XXXX the following month, which was not paid immediately, so the service was disconnected sometime between XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, XXXX. I left this address on XX/XX/XXXX aware that I owed XXXX month of service but nothing more. I didnt think they would charge me anything further as the service was deactivated, no longer in use. Once I had relocated to my new home in California, I received a call from a debt collector about this bill in XX/XX/XXXX. I didnt understand the charges but I knew the amount for {$300.00} for XXXX days service was incorrect. When I called XXXX they told me they had sent my account to a third party debt collector and it was out of their hands, that they couldnt do anything. I asked to dispute the charges and they said they would contact me back, I never received any call-back or email, nor voicemail. Now that Im trying to upgrade my bank account they tell me somethings popping up with my SSN and so I called XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and was told the charges were for the equipment that I never returned, but I was never informed upfront about any equipment charges nor that I had to return them. I told them again I wanted to dispute the charges and was told somebody would get back to me, but again I never received a call, email or voicemail ( a voicemail I could respond to ). I called XXXX today to discuss the disputed charges and was told I should have known to cancel my account after they had already deactivated it, and that I should know to return the equipment and that I should know I will get charged for them. Not when I was told on XX/XX/XXXX that the equipment was no charge upfront and that I would not be charged. XXXX can not provide me with the exact dates my service was active, and say they did not cancel my account until XX/XX/XXXX, which is XXXX months after they deactivated my service. I told XXXX that I believe I am liable to pay for the XXXX days the Internet was active, but not for the other charges that I did not agree to nor were unaware of, nor that they would charge me these extra charges at a later date. XXXX tell me they only added the charges onto my account in once they cancelled it! And then failed to inform me of this information, I found out through their third party debt collector, IC Systems. Obviously, Im not going to pay the debt collector, nor any XXXX bill, until Ive resolved these charges that I never agreed to.

I dnt live there so, please I want it off my credit report. This is the account number XXXX. I should get it off because I did not do this debt. I also seen that it had come from XXXX and XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ... I didnt have neither one before, I called and it the rep said it had come from an address Im XXXX XXXX, Florida I have never lived in Florida ever ... .I have also never had XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX ... I need this taken off because it if affecting my credit score ... This is obviously identify theft and fraud..I have never received bills from here which proves that is was not done by me, I havent received any notifications ... if it was not for me checking my score I wouldnt have known nothing of this

Consumer Complaint: According to the National Consumer Assistance Plan, credit reporting agencies are supposed to only report collection accounts that were created via a contract. I do not have a contract with the collections company that is trying to collect a debt from me. I mailed them the template collections letter that this website provides, and the section from the NCAP that specifically states that credit reporting agencies shall not allow collection furnishers to report debt that did not arise from a contract. Please refer to pages 11-12 of the NCAP because it corroborates the policy set in place that I am talking about. Thank you!

My credit score is has been negatively impacted by 34 points, and this is tantamount to extortion. Consumer Complaint: After noticing the debt on my credit report, I sent a Debt validation letter to IC Systems ( XXXX XXXX XXXX )., A request was made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( 6 ) of the FDCPA. As stated in the law, IC Systems did not cease collection activities, in fact, they recently continued reporting to the credit bureau. To date, I have not received a letter or phone call from the IC Systems or any attempts by the debt collector to validate the debt they believe I owe. It has been more than a month since they RE-placed the debt on my credit report and 1 month since I requested validation. Last year when the debt validation was requested, IC Systems ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) removed the debt from my report, but again recently added it.

This collection company cashed out a check back in XXXX for the amount of {$490.00} with the condition that the account was going to be removed from al 3 credit bureaus. They chased the checkout but didnt remove collection from all reports. This is a clear violation of the FCRA and legal action is going to be taken in the event that this mentioned company does not remove collection from my reports. Im attaching a copy of the check this company cashed in with written condition of deletion.

Consumer Complaint: I canceled my cell phone bill with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, my last payment was for {$150.00}. I utilize a credit tracking service, which is how I was notified ofan outstanding bill of {$700.00} for the phone. I never received any notification from XXXX. When I called in they directed me to IC systems, the collection agency. A gentleman stated {$700.00} was due and showed an incorrect address of : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX md XXXX. Unfortunately that is the address of my deceased grandmother and I have not lived at that location for over 2 years. XXXX has never emailed me, after failing to get in touch with me, and they have confirmed the email on file is correct. Despite no one reaching out to me, I called XX/XX/XXXX and paid the bill in full. The confirmation number for that payment is XXXX. I then called XXXX and spoke to XXXX in the collections department, she confirmed the wrong address on file and no additional addresses. After using XXXX for TV and internet, and having all my bills sent to the correct address, it is puzzling that it would be incorrect in the collections department and then incorrectly sent to the collections agency. Upon my request to cancel service, I was NOT informed the final bill would be mailed, nor did the agent confirm the correct mailing address. I have been emailed all other bills for this cellphone line by XXXX, and my XXXX TV and internet bills were mailed to the correct mailing address. I am saying this to say, XXXX as a company has the correct address associated with me somewhere in their system, they just didnt look hard enough. I have more than upheld my end as the customer, by paying all of my bills, but the service I have received from XXXX has been unacceptable.
