Consumer Complaint: After being negatively affected by identity theft, I have tried several times to rectify open accounts and negatively reported information with both the creditors and credit reporting agencies to no avail. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has been ruining my credit. Along with several others. I have disputed the information with XXXX and XXXX and everything comes back verified even though its not. I didnt open up the accounts so Im trying to get these things off. I have submitted my dispute along with my updated FTC report and XXXX never investigated anything everything is coming back verified the next day. Also XXXX XXXX is reporting false information on my credit report as well. They are listing my loan as a repossession when it was not. My engine completely failed the car was still under factory warranty and the manufacture paid off the loan to XXXX XXXX. My car is also involved in a class action lawsuit and I showed proof of this to XXXX and XXXX but they have never corrected this information and they continue to allow these companies to report false information. I am attaching proof of my identity as well since XXXX said they couldnt process my dispute because I didnt give my id even though I did. Im also going to upload all of my FTC reports as well to show how long Ive been fighting to get my credit report corrected.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed unauthorized accounts on my credit report and they were removed but 6 months later, these companies were allowed to re-report deleted accounts. Deleted after complaint and investigation. I have lost several opportunities to loans due this credit report harassment violations my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Credit Billing Act and The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
