PLEASE REMOVE!!! XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX THIS IS FRAUD, PLEASE REMOVE!!! I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into the origin of this false and inaccurate information on my credit report. It is imperative that your bureau takes swift action to rectify this error and delete the inaccurate information entries from my credit history. The gravity of this situation can not be overstated, as it not only tarnishes my financial standing but also poses a serious threat to my identity. The inaccurate reporting of erroneous and incomplete information is not only a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) but also an unacceptable breach of trust. The bankruptcy that is being reported to my credit report is inaccurate. The case that youre reporting as valid & accurate is actually incorrect. I never had a case tried or seen. There was NEVER A JUDGMENT. No judgment means there was never a case. A judge never saw a case so how is one being reported. Please see this account is removed from my file at once. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of my privacy rights.

Consumer Complaint: For more than a year now Equifax has been reporting a wrong credit score on my XXXX XXXX profile. My score is being reporting over XXXX points wrong there and its cause me to be denied credit as well as receiving very high interest rates or very low limits if approved for anything at all. This has been going on for way too long and its really hurting and affecting my livelihood. On the Equifax site it shows a more accurate score but not across this other platform. Its also reporting a derogatory statement which is a collection that only shows on XXXX XXXX and doesnt even show on the actual Equifax site

Consumer Complaint: I have been dealing with Equifax for several months trying to correct wrong information on my credit report. Most of the information has been corrected except my information about employment. It was wrong, outdated, and they kept providing and disseminating it as valid information. They have excuse it by staying it was not considered for credit decision. It listed me as working for XXXX as a XXXX XXXX. XXXX went out of business and went into a receivership. Disputed this several times to no avail. Finally try to do it myself online but they require that CURRENT INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED. I feel I am not under any obligation to volunteer or give, or validate them any information, except my name, social security and birthday to access my file. At the point I apply for credit, I will provide that information to my creditor, not to them. If Equifax does not have any current or valid, verifiable information of my employment that field or piece of information should be in blank. Right now, it lists me as working for : XXXX, and in the position of XXXX. This does not exist.

Consumer Complaint: I have expressed several times to EQUIFAX that In accordance to the fair credit reporting act EQUIFAX has violated my rights under 15 USC 16819 ( a ) ( 4 ) which states that I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15 USC1666 ( a ) states that a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any reason. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) there is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality and a respect for the consumer right to privacy. 15 USC 1681b ( a ) in general Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances AND NO OTHER ( 2 ) in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. 15 USC 1666 ( a ) Time to make payment A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.
