Consumer Complaint: This is the letter I sent on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX : My account opened XX/XX/XXXX is a charge off showing an amount past due {$2500.00} on my credit reports. This inaccuracy alone means you must remove it from my credit reports immediately. In addition, this account is indeed charged off, so why did I never receive a copy of the 1099 C which you are required by law to provide me for my taxes? I did not receive either of the 1099 C. You received a tax write off for these debts, and I should not have this debt reported on my credit profile. It is now a certificate of indebtedness and income to be reported by me to the IRS. Please send me any and all forms or documentation proving you have the right to report this as a debt to my credit report. If you can not provide this documentation, please remove these debts from my report immediately. This is also a letter I sent to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX : Dear XXXX XXXX, I have been receiving numerous harassing emails since XXXX demanding payment for a charged off account. There are two accounts that have been charged off, One for {$600.00} opened XX/XX/XXXX and {$10000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. These accounts are indeed charged off, so why did I never receive a copy of the 1099 C which you are required by law to provide me for my taxes? I did not receive either of the 1099 C. You received a tax write off for these debts, and I should not have this debt reported on my credit profile. Consumer Complaint: Recently I checked my credit report and noticed multiple billing errors. As i know the creditor didnt notify me 21 days before with a statement so there should be no late payments on this accounts. I demand to see hard solid proof from the creditor bank account that i didnt pay and was marked late because this clearly a billing error. Not only is this a billing error, but these late payments are inaccurate and incomplete, which Is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting act. I need these accounts updated to PAID AS AGREED

They stated that everything was accurate, and I did thorough research and found proper inadequacies dates on the credit report even after they did on account Account : XXXX Account # XXXX. I have inaccurate dates for my open date, last reported, last active, and last payment. Under the fair credit reporting act, convergence of this account has violated my rights. Another law they violated is 15 US Code 1681a ( 2 ) A ( i ) I know the law and experience and transactions are not supposed to be put on consumer reports, these disputed items must be deleted from my credit record within 30 days. I want all repos and late payments deleted from my account because it is not XXXX percent accurate, You have listed multiple dates.
