Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has placed an illegitimate debt with Convergent ( a debt collector ). On XX/XX/2017 at XXXX XXXX, I called and some to a representative named " XXXX '' with the service code " XXXX ''. After stating that my account was cleared, there was a XXXX balance and I would incur no charges XXXX refused to transfer me to a supervisor after several requests so that I could confirm the XXXX balance. Since then, they have placed a debt for collection, presumably reported to credit bureaus, all in direct contradiction of their own representative and to the detriment of my credit history and continual harassment by a debt collector attempting to collect a charge that XXXX XXXX own representative says would not be charged and refused to confirm with a supervisor

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX came into an account and contract that was owned by XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, the account is placed on my credit reports. There is no warning, no letter, and how they have tied this account to my identification is a wonder they still have not explained. I have sent 2 faxes to the fax number attached to their company in Washington. I have also sent 2 letter. I never received a letter informing me of this account because I would have easily been able to disprove it being mine. This is the lone collection on my reports and it has shot my score all the way down. XXXX XXXX has been completely reckless in it's handling of my personal reports. I have no contract to pay XXXX XXXX ANYTHING and they have no legal leg to attempt to collect as well as damage my report.

Consumer Complaint: I have two collection notices from two different collection agency trying to collect the wrong amounts for XXXX XXXX. I attempted to cancelled the services with XXXX XXXX cause I switched carriers on XX/XX/2017. I went to XXXX. XXXX XXXX claim they couldn't cancel my account because XXXX was attempting to port my number and they can only suspend the account so I wouldn't get any additional charges. Well that didn't happen they continued to charge me when I was with XXXX and decided to use XXXX number instead of porting my number from XXXX XXXX. Now I have two different collection agency trying to collect for XXXX XXXX while this is in dispute.

Consumer Complaint: I actually have no knowledge of this account. A letter was sent to XXXX XXXX requesting that the debt they assume I owe be verified. They notified me through mail stating I am responsible for a {$1200.00} bill from XXXX. I was sent a bill as a validation of this debt, but I need an original validation identifying my signature stating I had an account with the company. If they can not provide original documentation bearing my signature, I want this collection item removed from my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a certified letter to XXXX XXXX requesting that they validate NOT verify a debt that they are attempting to collect from me. I requested a signed agreement and other supporting documentation. They in return provided me with billing statements which does not prove that I am obligated to pay them. They have/are reporting delinquent information to the credit bureaus which I am asking to be deleted. Documents are attached.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I receive a letter from XXXX XXXX about a debt they said I owed. I have no accounting of such a debt being owed to them or the original creditor. So I sent the a Debt Validation letter via Certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX and was signed and delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. To which I never received any response and then today I go onto my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and see that they have been added to my credit files ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. According to the law they can not report a debt that they never sent a validation for. When I received the letter I sent certified mail a validation letter which they ignored. Now by placing this debt on my credit file they are breaking Federal Law. I expect this to be removed immediately seeing as they are violating FCRA and Federal Law
