Consumer Complaint: I have paid this debt as agreed. It was paid on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told an email would be sent to me confirming payment in 3-5 business days. I have not received this email as of XX/XX/XXXX ( 13 business days ). When i call regarding this i am told it will be sent and it never comes. I am told to check my spam folder, which i do several times a day, and there is still no email. I even spoke with a so called supervisor and asked if it could be mailed to me and he actually told me that it cost to much to mail out the document. I spoke with a woman today who advised that she would have the document mailed out ( Thank you mama ) but i would still like to get the email as i have a business transaction that is being held up because of this matter.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding a closed account with XXXX. I have been a customer of XXXX for more than 4 years, unfortunately, this incident happened twice with XXXX. The first one was that I transferred responsibility to another person and stated that there was a {$75.00} balance that was not paid. I was called by a collection agency after several months and did pay for it because I did not want to get reported to the credit bureau. However, XXXX did not send me any mail or final bill or even a phone call even when I still have an active account with them. The second incident happened early this year when I transferred responsibility to my brother as I completely cancelled my XXXX account due to unsatisfactory service. My transfer of responsibility and change of service started XX/XX/XXXX. I then requested a final bill which I received on XX/XX/XXXX with the amount of XXXX that I paid XX/XX/XXXX. Since I received the final bill, I assumed all the transaction including the transfers were all taken care of. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received another letter that stated I owe {$550.00} from a cancelled account from XXXX. I then started calling XXXX multiple times to clarify the bill that I even went to their store. Unfortunately, since the account was closed and I couldn't remember the passcode, we were back and forth on who to talk to. I believe my mistake was also not writing down how many times I called which I was in good faith that they will follow up. I did not hear anything from XXXX at all so I decided to call on XX/XX/XXXX, I finally learned that XXXX charged me for an equipment that I do not own. XXXX then contacted the person that I transferred the responsibility to so that this transaction will be completed. I did not received any notification or follow up call, again, in good faith that they are handling the situation like they should. A couple of weeks later, I still have not received any final corrected bill XXXX so I made a call on XX/XX/XXXX. They said that the person that I transferred responsibility to only signed 1 out of 3 paper documents. I then question them why did they not informed any of the account holder or follow up any call so this can be avoided. After lengthy conversation, I stayed on the phone with the representative along with the other customer to make sure that the other 2 documents were electronically signed and said that the signed documents were completed. I then asked for an updated bill but was advised by the customer rep to call back on XX/XX/XXXX because my billing cycle would start then and the bill will be updated. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call from Convergent Collection Agency and spoke with XXXX XXXX that stated I owe $ 500+ from XXXX . XXXX did not communicate properly with us regarding our final bill. They just sent my information to the collection agency without proper follow up or letter. This is very devastating especially I take care of my credit score.
