Consumer Complaint: This situation has to be a pretty interesting one. I haven't had an account with XXXX for well over a decade. This account is not mine. I requested to validate the debt and their first response was an offer to settle the debt. Offering to settle is not validation of a debt. They did not abide by federal law. After my second letter I received a very interesting print out with costs, and conflicting information. The second statement does NOT include any original paperwork/contracts with my. There is NOTHING with my signature. Just a weird, seemingly falsified, print out with two different company names on it. They identify as XXXX and XXXX XXXX College? Anyway this company did not properly validate this account. There is no original contract, there is no paperwork with my physical signature. Come to think of it I've been with XXXX since about XX/XX/2009. This needs to be removed from my credit report. I also need their Washington State 's representative 's physical address, and contact info, so I can move forward with court if needed. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: I found a debt listed in my credit report by XXXX XXXX. The original creditor was listed as XXXX. This debt was formerly listed by another credit collection company, XXXX, but was removed from my credit report after I filed a claim with them for fraud as this was not my account. Apparently the debt has been sold to Convergent who has reported it within the last month to the credit reporting agencies as a new collection. I sent a written request for debt validation on XX/XX/2018 certified return-receipt mail. I received a letter of debt " verification '' on XX/XX/2018. The " verification '' does not include any of the information I requested to be included in the debt validation. Among other requested items, there is no signed contract.

Consumer Complaint: I started writing XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX about this debt listed on my credit reporting asking them to validate the debt they say I owe in the amount of {$4200.00} for a phone bill. They informed me via response that they spoke with my wife. Which i never been married. About this account that am disputing. They sent back a itemized bill which is NOT validating the debt. On XX/XX/XXXX i wrote another letter to them asking them again to validate the debt in the amount of {$4200.00} they sent back another itemized bill on XX/XX/XXXX which is NOT validating that debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, it is notated that they received my letter but still could not produce validation bearing my signature. Per FCRA, I requested a debt validation bearing my signature to prove i owe this debt, they have not been able to send this to me. Per the Federal laws, it is my right to validate any debt from a collection agency. Furthermore, when i searched Illnois laws, this collection agency isn't even bonded or licensed to collect a debt in this state. I request full removal of this debt associated with any of the credit reporting agencies ASAP

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all have been sent a request to investigate on these creditors that are on my reporting. Also hard inquires companies i have no clue about. I have been on a clean streak with trying not to get my credit up and have not open any accounts for these past couple years. but for some reason. these hard inquires have been showing up on my reporting and i dont know why they have not been contacted by the 3 main credit company about this. Also XXXX XXXX duplicate reporting for the same company is on my report i had only one account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX - No idea who these people are file a couple dispute with XXXX and XXXX. still nothing. Fair collection and out - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - Apartment - i returned keys already but they sent me to collection and damage my credit for keys that have already been returned.
