Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violations of FCRA and FDCPA. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Consumer Complaint: Within the past 30 days, about every 3 days I have been receiving phone calls from a company ( Caller ID name is Convergent ) ( XXXX ) XXXX and they have told me that I have an unpaid XXXX Bill. No person that lives in my household uses XXXX as a phone service and I have tried to resolve the issue by speaking with a woman who has confirmed that they have the wrong person but regardless they continue calling me. They have called me on the following dates : XX/XX/2018-XX/XX/2018-XX/XX/2018-XX/XX/2018 and the last that I am able to recall is XX/XX/2018. The woman I spoke to assured me that they were going to take my phone number off of the call list but have not done so and I have continued receiving phone calls from them.

I did not receive any prior notification of this debt nor was I allowed time to dispute this collection. I do NOT have a contract with this company. I called the company in XX/XX/2018 and spoke with XXXX XXXX, and she stated that she was a team lead and that they did not have to notify me prior to reporting to the credit bureaus. I am requesting that this collection is removed immediately from all three credit bureaus.

I asked for a signed agreement or other supporting document with my signature. They provided a billing statement which does not prove that I am obligated to pay them. A billing statement is not a validation. They have reported delinquent information to the credit bureaus that I am asking to be deleted. I have never done business with the company XXXX XXXX and have no contract.

Consumer Complaint: I have a collection of my XXXX and XXXX report from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are reporting " Time SInce Negative '' as being XX/XX/2017. This being a " Negative Account '' showing that it appears I was late or didnt pay a bill just 11 months ago vs actual 4+ years since I have been late on anything. This is having a tremendous impact on my credit score and is causing me to be unable to purchase a car. I have disputed till I can no longer dispute on line, I have called and am told " this is correct ''. First, I am not aware of this bill as I have never received any information on it. I explained to the rep with XXXX that I have a copy of my lease showing that I have lived at this address for almost 5 years and according to XXXX that isn't good enough. " They already proved it is yours ''. I dont see how, I would like something showing I singed for this contract. The rep says it isnt impacting my score but if that is the case they why even have a " Time Since Negative '' for a potential lender to see and judge me by. As I said, I have paid my bills, every one on time no late payments for the past 4+ years. In reading other post regarding XXXX they seem to be notorius for reporting wrong " Time Since Negative '' Information causing a lot of others problems.

Consumer Complaint: I checked my credit report from all there bureaus and noticed a debt collection item that was added but I have had no knowledge of from Convergent. I contacted the company and was talked to very rudely by a rep name XXXX. She threatened to sue me as well if I dont pay the debt but refused to send debt validation and verification. I have asked Convergent to cease and desist, stop contacting me and my employer. They continue to call and harass me about a debt Im unfamiliar with.
