Consumer Complaint: I APPARENTLY HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DEBT WITH XXXX XXXX. THEY SENT THE ACCOUNT TO XXXX XXXX XXXX. THIS COLLECTION COMPANY CALLS MY WORK AND CELL SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. UP TO 6 TIMES A DAY. I TRY TO TELL THE COMPANY TO STOP CALLING ME AND THEY HANG UP LAUGHING. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK FROM THIS COMPANY. AND XXXX XXXX REFUSE TO SPEAK WITH ME. I HAVE MAILED IN A CEASE AND DESIST, AND I HAVE CALLED THEM TO GET THEIR FAX NUMBER TO SEND IN THE PAPERWORK-THEY KEEP GIVING ME DIFFERENT ONES ( FAX # XXXX ) I DON'T OWE ANY MONEY TO XXXX, I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITH A XXXX BALANCE AND TURNED IN ALL OF MY EQUIPMENT THAT I WAS RENTING. AND SO DID MY WIFE.

Consumer Complaint: I had an account with XXXX that I was unaware still had an existing balance. I was made aware when XXXX XXXX reported the balance on my XXXX credit report. I confirmed with XXXX that the account was not sold to XXXX XXXX and that they sill owned the account. I agreed to pay the balance of {$960.00} to pay the account in full on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was told that the account would be recalled and XXXX XXXX and removed from my credit. On XX/XX/XXXX, when I checked my credit report, I saw that the XXXX XXXX collection account was updated to paid in full, and still remained on my credit report. I contacted the CEO of XXXX 's office to get the issue resolved, but I was told that they would no remove the entry, and that the agreement that was made was not going to be fulfilled. I contacted the XXXX of XXXX 's office again in XX/XX/XXXX, and I was given the same response that XXXX would not fulfill their end of the agreement. I followed-up by calling XXXX customer service again, and I was told that, yes, in fact the account should be recalled and it should be removed from my XXXX credit report. I was told this would be completed in 10 business days. I have received no notifications that this action was fulfilled, and the entry still remains on my XXXX Credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX. I payed the balance in full, all I want XXXX to do is recall the account from XXXX XXXX so that it will be removed from my credit report.

XXXX does not have a phone number where I can report this fraudulent activity or speak with someone about what information was given out on my credit report and accessed by someone else. The XXXX XXXX information was then used to open a XXXX XXXX account in my name and SSN and previous address via the XXXX Online Chat. The XXXX XXXX account number is XXXX - which was not paid and then sent to collections for {$6000.00}. I realized this account was on my credit reports and attempted to dispute this account and all charges associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and directly with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX denied and completed my fraud claim ( # XXXX ) without contacting me. In order to speak with a fraud agent, I have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes. I have sent the police report to XXXX and am waiting for them to review and remove the account from my credit report.

I filed bankruptcy in XXXX this said account should have either been discharged or frozen until after my chapter XXXX bankruptcy ended. XX/XX/XXXX my bankruptcy ended I never got any bill from account holder. Now 6 months later they are either trying get money from an account discharged from my bankruptcy or mishandled my account during my bankruptcy. I want this account withdrawn as it goes against federal bankruptcy laws! They should have by law sent me a bill to resume payments not sent it straight to collections.

Consumer Complaint: I sent convergent a debt validation letter on Date : XX/XX/2018 Delivery Confirmation : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( letter attached ) for an account listed on my credit report. I received a letter on XX/XX/2018 ( letter attached ) with no attached contract, mutual agreement, or anything that validate the debt they say I owe them.On XX/XX/2018 ( letter attached ) they sent another notice out saying this debt is valid and attached is verification of the debt which they did not provide debt validation.They attached a service agreement that do not have convergent name on it at all.According to Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, they should be aware that a printout of a bill or itemized document does not constitute verification. I requested validation made pursuant to the fair debt collection practices act and the fair credit reporting act, along with the corresponding local state laws. I requested validation that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that i have or ever had some contractual obligation to pay them. They is in violation of fair debt collection practices act ( including but not limited to section 807-8 ) and violation of the fair debt collection practice act ( including but not limited to section 623-b ) The legal definition of verification which requires a sworn testimony under penalty of perjury in other words and affidavit, false affidavits is violation of fdcpa. They totally ignored my request and need to delete this information off my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report an unknown collections from XXXX on my credit report. I am not sure how this happened, I believe this is inaccurate information on my credit report. And I haven't receive any information to dispute this allege debt. However, I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. Why did I not receive a bill? How and where can I get this {$3.00} paid and off my record? This is just ridiculous and crazy XXXX. OMG the gall of some people or companies. I just can not believe this. Why didn't someone let me know I owed {$3.00} so I could pay it and avoid this? Why and who would report this over XXXX XXXX dollars?
