Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I was notified on my credit report the same debt that was disputed before and removed is back on my credit report because the debt is purchased by another collector. The company is stating that I had business with XXXX XXXX and owe {$1500.00}. XXXX removed the same debt 6 months ago and now its returned by this company. This debt is not mine and it was proven by dispute with XXXX that it wasnt mine 6 months ago. Im writing today because the debt is purchased by different debt collecting companies and now its back on my credit report. This debt buyer " parked '' the debt on my credit report and re-aged the status of debt in which is not mine. This debt collection practice of placing this debt on my credit report is XXXX.

If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). They claim to be collecting on behalf of XXXX which I was never in default still have my account active and current. I did request validation from XXXX the original creditor who stated there are NO past due account or collections in my name however convergent is threatening to garnish wages and to sue me for this erroneous account please help me stop this scam

I have never had any credit beside my mom credit card. This company Convergent is saying I owe money to XXXX from 5yrs ago. This is not possible because I was XXXX at the time. I disputed the charges and its still reporting on XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has placed account into collection with 4 different collections agencies. Each time we dispute the debt they do not reply within the 30 day timeframe and sell the debt to a different collection agency. They are reporting negative information on my credit report and have no right to do so, since they are in violation of the FDCA and FCRA. We have Cert RRR confirmation for each time we disputed the debt with each credit reporting agency.

Consumer Complaint: I have a derogatory mark listed on my all 3 of my credit reports listed by a company name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not and have NEVER had a contract signed with the listed company. According to my credit report the company is a third party collection agency for XXXX XXXX. By Law a third party company can not collect on a debt that is not belonging to them, so therefore it is requested that the debt listed in the amount of {$850.00} be removed from all 3 credit bureaus immediately. The company has failed, lacked to provide documents of the validity of the debt with their office and being that they can not provide a validity of the debt with them XXXX XXXX XXXX, the debt must be removed along with all call to cease!! I do not have a contract with XXXX XXXX and as a third party collector they can not collect a debt that is not owed to them!!

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I disputed with XXXX about a company called XXXX XXXX. Theyre still trying to put a collection on my report. Ive found out today that the creditor was XXXX. Ive called XXXX XXXX and they told me they have no knowledge of this report and that they also have no knowledge of my account. I havent been a customer to XXXX in over 2 years because of one of their employees using my social security number. This was on the file of my credit report. I canceled services with them immediately and was told all I had to do was pay the last balance which I did in XXXX of XXXX. Since then now Im having to deal with a collection agency for a bill that is not mine and do not owe and with fraud with XXXX Im absolutely reluctant and with them not even being able to tell me anything makes me even more hesitant other than the fact that they have no files or anything about me in their system since I last had services with them. My advice is dont ever use XXXX again.
