Consumer Complaint: Back in 2017 I used XXXX as my phone company and had to change to XXXX because my XXXX account was continuously being billed more than what my original set up options were. After speaking with the local XXXX worker about my bill continuously being overcharged he would work on the issue and tell me this happens often, we will get it fixed. Well for 5 months i was charged more than my bill and I went in again to the same XXXX store to speak with the same XXXX associate, he was gone. At this point i was fed up with the account and said it was time to move to another carrier. After speaking with the XXXX account representative and explaining the situation she was nice and told me no issue, we will close out the account. She helped me do that no issue. I had overpaid my bill for 5 months prior to closing the account, I had no outstanding balance. I was done with XXXX. Then a few months go by and i get a letter from XXXX saying i owe them {$420.00}. This bill came out of no where and when i took it down to the XXXX store to get clarification the representative couldnt help me because my account was closed! I called and tried to handle the situation explaining the circumstance and got no answers. Now the debt has been sold off two times and after trying many times to resolve this, this is my last option.. I am a good person who has no intent to not pay my bills. Iv established great banking relationships and plan to have a bright future. This debt thats not understood by people who are trying to collect it is effecting me. I hope to have it taken care of. Thanks

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my consumer report, I identified a discrepancy with an account listed under Convergent Outsourcing XXXX this alleged debt was furnished from another third-party debt collector by the name of XXXX XXXX in which, the item was removed from my consumer report based on reinvestigation which is conclusively an admission of guilt pursuant of the FCRA and FDCPA. As a consumer, Convergent Outsourcing is reporting false and inaccurate information to various consumer reporting agencies regarding an alleged account ( XXXX ). Furthermore, just to provide clarity on this alleged debt I was notified on XXXX XXXX via email from XXXX XXXX introducing the company and explaining that they had taken over an account with the claim that my current balance was { {$510.00} } ( 1 ) I have never owned any alleged account ( 2 ) I have never provided written consent to be sent to a collection agency ( 3 ) I have never received any validation documents from Diversified Consultants/Convergent Outsourcing because neither account is mine ( 5 ) I have never agreed to XXXX XXXX or Convergent Outsourcing furnishing information. At this point, XXXX XXXX was clearly removed from my consumer report and I expect the same results with Convergent Outsourcing because the information exhibited on my consumer report reflects another attempt to collect the same alleged debt, This is clearly a violation of 15 U.S.C.1692c ( a ) by attempting to communicate with me about a debt without my consent. In addition, Diversified Consultants and Convergent Outsourcing are in violation of 15 U.S.C 1692d ( 2 ) in which, XXXX XXXX and Convergent Outsourcing have continuously engaged in conduct to harass me in connection with the collection of an alleged debt that isnt mine by utilizing obscene and profane language, Furthermore, XXXX XXXX and Convergent Outsourcing are in clear violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 10 ) in which, their attempting to utilize deceptive practices to bill consumers and fail to accurately clarify the misrepresented information and attempting to use false legal notification as a means to collect or attempt to collect any alleged debt. In addition, to 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 In closing, please reply with your response via US Mail. Do not contact me by phone as it is inconvenient. Do not contact my family or acquaintances in any manner.
